No wonder it's Singapore's new landmark & must see

this is the second time i've been here, this time with a group of girlfriends. we enjoyed the room and partied at kudeta. shopping and food is nearby, and orchard is a cab ride away.
oh, and must try, the samosa at fuse restaurant on the lobby level! delish! will come again just for the samosas!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Spend a whole day at the pool located on the highest floor. It is exclusive to hotel guests so make sure you make the most of its breathtaking view - and take lots of photos!

we arrived at approx 4pm and our room was not ready, had to wait until 5pm. could have given us something for our troubles.
room small, everything electronic including the curtains. not really impressed with the room at all.
mini bar electronically weighted, can't move anything, no room in it for a bottle of wine..
to say that the hotel is only a few months old, it was not that clean. expensive.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Breakfast at Rise was lovely, even though crowded.
If going to Casino, make sure you have your passport with you or you won't get in or out!

Great location, nice room but poor service

the room fantastic, the location really good, convinience and near mrt. you can walk from hotel to merlion also easy connect to plaza. anyway, the weak point is service delay for any request we ask and sometime we have to do by ourselves better than wait.

because we have one of the best accomodations in sg, we stayed in the hotel for the most part almost all that you need is in mbs! the infinity pool is definitely worth checking out but i have to always check on the kids because of the height ü
Restaurant Tip:
Do chk out the dai hang (?) resto with their signature dumplings with soup inside. Accdg to our server, the resto won the Michelin Award for it. They have one in RWS and in MBS.

Utterly poor customer services.. more like 1 star
Room was 37 floor. not really high but spacious and lovely bathroom

Need to wait till 3pm to check in.
They claimed to give me a free upgrade - to 5th floor.
Club rooms are meant to be high floor and they gave me a suite on 5th floor. 3rd building on the other side of the complex. When i got to the room 523 it was a normal standard room. small room and worse thing it was still unmade. i was forced to walk all the way back to reception(tower 1) and after my complaint about getting a standard low level room she some how came up with a club room which i ordered and which she said there was no more club rooms before.
I was discusted to hear this as i was lied to twice before i settled in.
After i got in the room was as i wanted it to be even though i expected it to be on a higher floor after spending over $900 for it.
On check out i asked for the manager who i spoke to . He listened and claimed i was lying as the computer said i was meant to get room 525. I said this is impossible as i was told 523 and 523 was written on the card .
I said i want to make him aware of the problems with his staff and he just smiled. i said lets just leave it there and check me out. The manager walked off and started serving another customer who does not even seem to need any help. I waited there for 10 mins before asking a member of staff on the next counter to check if he is checking me out. He obviously wasnt and adding to the poor teams customer service experience. I guess this is what you would expect from a rip off dont care team.
He finished chatting to the customer before coming back to check me out.
Normal customer service would be dealing first come first serve. He obviously does not have that skill to be customer service or even a manager.
It took another 5 mins to check out and give me the deposit back.
As i left the table i asked another staff member for a person higher than him as i was frurious with the service. He called over the Front Office Manager who said he will deal with it..
Hotel Feature Tip:
Do not let them down grade you or give you excuses.
Check what you ordered and what you paid.
make sure you get what you paid for including food if its included. She said i was not entitled to inclusive food at the start but gave it to me after my complaint.
Buffet food is at the pool level with nice views. Not to be missed
Value for money because she downgraded me.

Superb superb superb hotel

We were allotted an suite room on the 52nd floor and it was heaven.
The service in the room and outside was superb.
Excellent place to stay nice staff and classic ambience.
JUst one suggestion which i feel can be implemented was the usage of the pool.
For people like us who stay just for a day etc and have an busy schedule we hardly get to use the pool facility as the pool closes at 11pm. We had lots of things to do and we almost had to rush back to use the pool ( which is their USP ) and when we reached it was almost 1045 pm . We entered the pool and could enjoy the pool only for few minutes due to the closing time. Also the check in and check out timings can be improvised and made more friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
USe the pool , the open air rooftop restaurant and the club.

the hotel was gorgeous even from outside. we had booked two rooms; & they upgraded us to the presidential suite at no cost! 51st floor, 2 giant rooms + living area + gym + karaoke room, sweeping view of singapore all around; this was an incredible experience!!
the rooftop pool was great fun for the night view as well as a place to chill out. we had planned to go out at night but dropped it as the hotel itself was too good. we ordered dinner in-room & it was excellent.
will definitely stay here if i go to singapore again.

The hotel with perfect swimming pool

The hotel had some construction behind the checked-in counter so it was very noisy at lobby. They let us use the temporary room while we were waiting for the allow check in time. But the temporary room was hot (a/c not working)and full people (adult+kids). So we didn't use the room.
For this price that the hotel charged, the room should have a tub. Also the fridge was weired. All drinks were in a fixed slot with notice place in the fridge that "the drinks will be charged automatically when removed form the slot"(not sure the exact wording).
The swimming pool was unbeatable, you cannot find anyother pool similar feel to Marina Bay Sand which is the only selling point of this hotel, for me.

Fantastic services and excellent facilities

Provided shuttle bus pick up and drop off hotel guests to airport (various terminals). The hotel is massive but very well organized. You have to wait for quite a bit for check in during peak hours.
