Too pricey for what it has to offer
Infinity pool, sky park, mall and casino
6.7
we stayed at the premier room on the 42nd floor during the easter holidays. the room and bathroom was lovely and spacious. we tried to visit the pool on a few occasions but the pool was always extremely crowded so we only spent 5 minutes in the pool and left as it was just too noisy and unpleasant. we dined at sky on the 57 and i am sorry to say that the food and service were mediocre. we saw several wait staff loitering around but it took us a long time to get their attention. towards the end we got quite frustrated and just wanted to leave. the views were amazing though so i would recommend cocktails by the outdoor areas only.
aside to its casino, the hotel is conveniently linked to a mall with various cafes and restaurants which operates till very late at night. i would recommend the lau pat sat food market, which is within 5 minute cab ride from the hotel. do try their satays if you go there.
as the hotel was quite full, we had to wait for quite some time to organise our check-ins and check-outs. also, nobody offered to take our luggages or any assistance while we were waiting around. we paid hkd4,000+ for the room per night. for this sort of price, i would expect more personal service and attentiveness, which unfortunately i did not find at all during my stay. perhaps this is because we stayed during the easter holidays and things may be different during off-peak seasons. so unless there is some off-peak discounts and promotion, i am certain i will be spending my money in other 5 star hotels for my next visit to singapore!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Try to visit the pool early in the morning to avoid the crowd. The pool operates till late at night so I would also recommend to visit after dinner.

Club room and facilities were fantastic.
The skylark is absolutely mind blowing
9.3
I have very rarely been in awe of a hotel but this is one of them. The club room on the 49th floor was beautifully presented with a ultra modern bathroom. Could not be faulted. Must stay in club room as it gives you free access to the club lounge on the 55th floor.well worth the extra expense. The skylark is an designers dream. What a view. So surreal.

Everything I love in a hotel is here at Marina Bay Sands, the location, the view, rooms, pool and even the department stores
around it is so wonderful. The staff are courteous and very helpful.

Big scale, strive to give good service
6.3
They gave us a nice corner room but we were not happy with our room. Mold/mildew on shower grout, multiple stains on carpet. The manager (Jenny) was very accommodating. She transferred us to the Club Room (w/ no amenities just a room upgrade) We were happy until i flipped the cover and found cigarette marks underneath. When husband opened the curtain, a lizard jumped out. We were just too tired to complain again. We do not like to check-in and check-out room.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Gamblers haven. Get a higher grade room or your experience will be like staying in Venetian in Macau. If you are not gambling, stay along Orchard or even at Fullerton across the water.

Over all, this is a very best hotel in S'pore. Having great great experience swimming at level 57, swimming pool at level 57, plus jaccuzi.
Children have their great time and experience swimming at level 57.
The hotel have all branded store, which can't finish in one day if you wish to see all the store.
One more thing, the hotel has a lot choice of food, start from resyauranf, cafe until food court.

Great experience
Good view for deluxe room
7
infinity pool with skyline view is breathtaking and relaxing in the evening at skypark. great that pool closes at 10pm. day time is crowded. the deluxe room at tower 3 has good view of gardens by the bay and sea view with balcony. my family was lucky to be given 21st floor. if only there are 2-piece rattan chair/table set would be good chill out at balcony. first-ever experience at banyan tree spa with balinese massage at a price. gym is spacious with good equipments, view of skyline. may be good to have a

We had a great time staying at Marina Bay Sands! Although it is quite expensive staying here but it worth it. The architecture was fantastic! The sky pool was nice but wouldn't want to swim there. It was so crowded everybody was swimming there. I just hope they clean the pool all the time. Great staff but very slow service. I guess having 2,500 plus rooms and its always fully booked 101%.
