This hotel was a little disappointing - but only a little. The room we were allocated was in Tower Three and was, as advertised. But there was a terrible smell of smoke coming from the centralised airconditioning system which was a big pillar in the middle (wall-side) of the room. We requested a room change and the second room in Tower Two was excellent with great view over the city/bay.
The highlight of the hotel was the infinity pool on top. Apart from that, however, this is really just a normal hotel for its class like any other.
The huge lobby, spanning the three towers was cold, freezing actually.
Another disappointment was the Casino. Awful smoke to walk through! Will never go there again.

Compared to the small rooms that a majority of hotels in Singapore offer, MBS offers more space for your money. Amazing French Fries on the sky park pool area, ask for mayo =]

Spectacular Views from the Roof Bars and Pool

Difficult to find any negative things to say. A very relaxing experience with it's great roof top pool, bars and restaurants. Service was always prompt and friendly. Food was good but not spectacular. Video checkout is great and saves possibly long queues at check out time. Ku DE TA bar/nighclub on roof is a great place to have a drink, see the spectacular views at night and meet people and seems busy and buzzing every night of the week. The adjacent mall has lots of good shops and places to eat. Checkout Porsche Design shop which has some tasteful and varied items on sale.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you have time visit the nearby Art Science Museum which is worth a look both from the outside and the inside.

Room was very nice and better pick up ur room where have a city view. The pool is nice and enjoying sunrise was so beautiful.

Awesome hotel with excellent service

Booked a deluxe room to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. Was given a room upgrade upon check-in by front office staff (Mr Michael) to a bigger one and at a higher floor. What came as a surprise was a special anniversary cake, card & stalk of rose, prepared & signed by the service team, in our room after we came back from our dinner that night.
Hotel room, facilities, view were all awesome. Service was
excellent all round - from its customer service hotline to the
front office, to the concierge, pool lifeguard and even the valet service was very professionally run.
Thank you MBS for the wonderful memories on our special day!
Travel tip:
Highly recommend this hotel especially on your special
occasion as service staff pays special attention to all the
details. However for Muslims, no halal outlet, you'll have to
go to other hotels or malls nearby.
