Lots of activities especially on school holidays.the have express check out available for travellers with tight schedule. Staff very competent.
For a first timer driving into MBS, it can be quite confusing at the hotel entrance with different lanes for taxis and personal cars. Plus staff can be quite keen to control traffic quickly. Valet service available for fuss free parking experience

the overall stay was incredible, a really special experience. Service, though, was a long way from 5 star, more like 1 star. 20 minute wait to check in and the service by the pool was dreadful. They need more staff.

Our stay was very good and the infinity pool was a highlight. However, the stafff attentiveness could be improved we had to wait a long time for drinks especially by the pool.
