Great location, great views but disappointing room

The room prices are exhorbitantly expensive. The views were amazing on either side of the hotel but you need to ensure that you are on a level high enough to actually get some sort of view. Location is fantastic as well, just minutes walk to the nearest MRT train station. The room size was larger than average.
But the most disappointing aspect of the hotel was the fittings in the room. They looked as if they were years old and/or reused from another hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Only stay here if you have the extra cash, plan to gamble at the casino a lot, or an amazing view of Singapore is important.

you'll get more fore value staying some where else cause you can visit marina sands then its value for money.

Great service and all, but one thing I found weird, where's anyone to help us with out bags? Other than that staff were very professional and knew their stuff. The concierge also even helped me book my NYE Avalon tickets and gave me her number if there were to be any issues. I would definitely stay there again, the gym is also fantastic, however dumbbells seem to go to 32kgs, but there are two bench racks to make up for it.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't stay on levels 24 to 27 the plants on those particular levels block the million dollar views of Singapore

good facility but bad service

hotel is good facility with a lot of people. but service is really bad especail in the checking part, long waiting with very bad attitude. they ask us to come back after 2 hours for the room, but after we come back they tell us the room is not sellable ask us to change to other room. with no sorry at all.
pool is very dirty.

Although they have a queing problem when checking in/out, the hotel personnel makes it a point that they have other alternatives. Maximize your stay in the hotel, there are lots to see and do.
