Together with my mom and a very close family friend I am glad to choose this very well situated hotel. Traveling with 2 senior citizens I want everything convenient and comfortable especially for them. It is very conveniently located near shopping malls - Marina Square and Esplanade. Surprisingly it was also an easy access to MRT (in our going to Sentosa). Also found eateries with good food and cheap prices on the way to raffles link.
Moreso, even the extra bed's mattress was very comfortable - same as the other two regular beds. The best relief afer a long day of sightseeing.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Free pickup fro the Hop on Hop Off Bus Tour
Take MRT to Sentosa for only $$2.60 one way and you can get $$1.00 back if you return your MRT card in the ticket slot.

great view

wonderful stay. exceptional views on a budget. originally our rooms were not on the harbour side so i had to pay extra 70 dollars just to get the right view. a little bit steep but if you want the views you have to pay. floor area is pretty big as compared to other singapore hotels.
i also appreciated the nature sounds once you enter the hotel. brings a certain kind of calmness and serenity. againg booked this hotel because of the views.
the concierge though are a exceptional. they really provide good service. we had to leave midnight and even though we weren't technically booked with them anymore since we had to check out earlier in the day, they still accomodated us. they showed us directions, charged our phones and camera's and the likes. good service definitely.
nice touch as well on the green apples and water. it's usually just water in some of the hotels.
Hotel Feature Tip:
There is a shortcut going to the mall which will be beneficial in going to the mrt and other near tourist spots

Although this was just a brief stopover on the way home it was an overall pleasant stay & staff were more than happy to assist in anyway possible.

the hotel has great location in suntec city the heart of singapore, and near to mrt station. the best place to see singapore formula 1 race. surrounded by malls, convention hall and many facilities. the duck tours also starts from this area. the room is modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Quiet hotel with good service

other than the short walk needed from the mrt station, the hotel is located nicely in marina bay. you get a good view of marina bay sands, and the mall provides decent shopping.
rooms are a bit old, but quite comfortable. suntec city mall is next door, and it's a stone's throw away from the casino. it's great!

rooms relatively clean.
staff friendly and helpful.
didn't eat at any of the restaurants as the prices were too expensive but ate in the general vicinity of the hotel at reasonable prices.
Shopping Tip:
If you are travelling with little ones in prams, take lifts to Level 1 and walk around to Shopping Mall entrance. Its quicker than walking up and down steep stairs from Level 4 to 3!

Quality and service rapidly downhill

I had stayed in this hotel the previous week and had been upgraded. The room smelled and looked as though it had been trashed. The receptionist asked me to wait on arrival as my room was not ready and would I mind two beds zipped together. When I said no, I would have to find somewhere else to stay, she appeared to take this personally. This really let down some nice helpful people who work there. I was having dinner at the National day BBQ and a woman from the finance office came over and was incredibly rude to me and my business guest. My guest responded "welcome to Singapore". The food at this event was appalling. I would never stay here again and will recommend this hotel is removed from my organisations recommended list.

Great hotel. Nice location. Shame about the late night renovations that kept everyone awake!!! Hopefully these have finished now.
Shopping Tip:
Excellent venue as it backs right onto a massive shopping mall. We had a fantastic time in the kids playground area in the shopping mall.
