the hotel offers 5-star amenities, fabulous restaurants, a mall downstairs and situated right at the heart of the financial district.

its location could be a good thing and a bad thing. since it is surrounded by so many offices, restaurants, other hotels and clubs, the nightlife can become very noisy, even with closed windows.

the room is perfectly sized. the bed was quite firm and comfortable. they used down pillows, that still smelled strongly of feathers. the bathroom is above average. the bathtub is separate from the shower, which is great. the toilet is separate from the guy's toilet. the sink has a his and hers. it has a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, a safe, a mini bar, a 30-inch tv and a fantastic view of the Esplanade. my complaint was that at night i could hear everything going on at the nightclubs downstairs, and they were going on until the wee hours of the morning. i didn't get very much good sleep.

Restaurant Tip : this hotel houses the renowned Morton's steakhouse on one of its floors.

modern, rooms spacious wake up to the birds singing breakfast good but expensive, service is exceptional.

the cost of breakfast is expensive the food is great but could not afford to eat there if it not in your package.

you are met by concierge upon arrival and after leaving your luggage the greeting girls take u to the lifts and direct you to the reception which is on the fourth floor. there is abundant persons waiting in the foyer to ensure that all questions and are answered promptly and efficiently. afeter check in your luggage arrives in your room in a matter of minutes very impressive. the rooms are spacious without being overlarge but plenty of room to do everything internet is a trap first time i stayed the internet was free because they upgraded me. this time no free internet. would think that if countries like Thailand can do it for free then Singapore could as well Also the breakfast tho good was very expensive. Overall the stay was enjoyable but please ensure your breakfast is included in your package.

The hotel is located in a good location with plenty of shopping and dining facilities just a short walk away. It is also closed to some beautiful scenery. The Promenade (opera house) is next door while the future casino is just across the water. The hotel is designed for the convention crowd with the convention hall across the street. Service could be a little less personal. The food is descent with a good selection. The view from the room is good. Overall, a plesant experience.

Restaurant Tip : Plenty of different variety of food near by. Do not go with the first one you come across.

Good environment, the food is fantastic, expecially the buffet

The background bird-humming sound can be kept lower.

I like the security system of the hotel. The staffs are very friendly. The decoration is very artistic. The food, especially buffet served is matching the internationl standard. The receptionist is very helpful and polite. I would like to recommend my friends and relative to stay at Marina Mandarin Hotel. Keep it Up!

It's really worth the money, the room is clean, the staff is professional and friendly, it's really a five-star hotel as rated.

The only thing I could think of is, probably the spa closes too early and by the time I go back to the hotel, I cannot enjoy their service!

It's location is a plus. It sits right next to Marina Square, which is connected to one of the biggest shopping center, Suntec City, through a bridge. It's a little far to walk to the subway, but you only need to pass through another indoor shopping arcade.

One of the "Just perfect" hotel that meets all my expectation.

The hotel is located in one of my favorit locations, close to the Esplanade, Marina Square, Clarke Quay for all great outings. A walking distance to the Marina Square, Suntec City, Raffless Place, etc. for day night shopping. Impressive Hotel facilities, interior, services, well trained enthusiastic customer oriented staff. The hotel ambience is wonderful for holiday makers as well as business travellers.

We (me & my partner) had a wonderful time staying in Marina Mandarin. For the amnount of money that we paid (not a lot), it's fantastic. We got upgraded to a better room for no extra charge. The view from balcony was magnificent and it's close to shopping centres (Marina square, suntec city etc) and very close to the MRT station too..Strongly recomemended and the Agoda team is fantastic too.. They give the best price...overall a very good experience

It's getting pretty old and doesn't stay too competitive with other 5 stars hotels in the area.

I was in Singapore for a meeting at Suntec so Marina Mandarin was a perfect choice in term of location (it was just across the street). One of the coolest benefits of staying here is the connecting door on the 4th floor to the Marina Square mall. I can grab a burger or a quick bite without putting on any shoe. The dinner buffet was also a plus - we enjoyed that very much. The pool area was very weak - no locker room, jacuzzi or sauna. The hotel's standard & conditions weren't competitive with other 5 stars in the areas anymore.

Hotel Feature Tip : The 'do not disturb sign' is especially useful in this hotel since the clearners will disturb you several times a day if you don't hang it up.

Good location near Suntec. Quick transfer to the airport from this location, even during rush hour traffic, about 20 min. Excellent lobby and restaurant. Very good rooms (premier category)

Big construction site just outside on the Suntec side, noisy until midnight. They are building a new MRT station? Traffic noise from the road between Suntec and the hotel is quite loud, even on the 16th floor.

A good hotel, but I find it over rated and over priced. The lobby and restaurant facilities are excellent and the rooms (had a premier room) are very good. The location is also very good. Dont stay in a room facing Suntec, construction and road noise even on the 16th floor is very disturbing until midnight and after that traffic is still quite heavy on the road outside. I would only recommend this hotel from now on if you you are happy with the construction noise until very late and get a great deal here on Agoda.com

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Suntec duck tours is a fun way to experience a bit of Singapore.

Service quality, people are kind, good cost performance

they forgot to bring me one of my luggages. Breakfast was not included in the price. Room was a bit too chilly for me even the air-conditioning was off.

Nice beautiful hotel, deluxe room was nicely decorated and there were welcom message and a little sweets. Quite friendly and service is quick.

Shopping Tip : very convenient to go anywhere, safe and taxi is cheap

remote from orchard rd district. not given room requested, no convenience store in hotel, only one bar/lounge in hotel, housekeeping - erratic,irregular

met on arrival when getting out of taxi, escorted to check-in.room clean, well-appointed.3 eating areas, one bar/lounge. gym - small, crowded. remote from other tourist sites. housekeeping - inconsistent - dirty cups left,toiletaries not replaced. reading material disposed of prematurely.i would not stay there again

excellent service, cleanliness and new facilities

the design of inner hall of the hotel reminds of the movie Brasil - a little scary! Internet in the room is REALLY expensive - every hostel has free WIFI and I just cannot understand why a five star doesn't!!!! The shampoo and products in the bathroom could be better quality for a five star. The pool is nice but there was no light in the changing room. Opening hours from 6 to 12 of the pool and fitness club could be appreciated as guests often come in town for conferences that could end late. The fitness club is really tiny. It could use a window - make it nicer to hang in.

I was very happy with the service - the staff was extremely friendly even though I'm not the nicest guest they've ever had (always complain and ask for difficult things). The room was ok for a five star but not top. I would have expected to be able to hear the TV from the bathroom - easy to do I think. The facilities like gym and pool are ok too, the pool is beautiful. I didn't try the breakfast.

Shopping Tip : the Carrefour is just nearby

rooms were gr8 only prolem was that to get a double bed i had to accept a smoking room although the staff were good and came and sanitised the room upon arrival.

no cons on this visit.
