Good location. Polite and friendly staff. Has iron, ironing board. The shower head tube is leaking and the bath tub surface is abit cracked. Good location - opposite to suntec city and next to marina square. Very accessible. City Hall train station abt 10-15mins walk.
I loved their King size bed - the bedding is soft and smooth, pillows and the quilt are equally great that allows one to fall asleep very easily as if there is a sleepy bug spell on the bed.
The room has a balcony that has quite a nice view.
I'm surprised to find an iron and ironing boarding in the wardrobe and i find it very sweet and thoughtful for the hotel to think for the guests whose clothes packed in their luggages are wrinkled could iron it themselves instead of paying the hotel to iron for them. Those who are not willing to pay for the service will have to wear wrinkled clothes out.
Shopping Tip : Lots of shopping malls around the hotel.

The rooms are beautifully appointed. The concierge staff were extremely helpful organising tours and storing luggage on the day of checkout. The words room servive are an oxymoron in this hotel. Everytime I tried to ring room service the line was engaged or unanswered. While I liked the hotel, especially the room and atrium lounge,I wasn't able to try the hotel restaurants as I have coeliac disease and the two restaurants are Chinese and Italian (not very gluten-free friendly). What I did try from room service was delicious, unfortunately they kept including completementary toast, dinner rolls etc (which would have been great for anyone else).
Although the hotel appears distant from the MRT on maps, the Citylink underground shopping mall connecting to City Hall MRT is fully airconditioned and the walk is a breeze, beware is you require wheelchair access as at best this is not obvious and at worst it just plain isn't there (I couldn't see it). This also provides links to other shopping malls and hotels, food courts, restaurants etc which made it very convenient.

Excellent service by very friendly staff. Our stay in a delux club room was very relaxing. The Club lounge was well appointed and so was the room. Nice big LCD tv and the king size bed was very comfortable. Having a full breakfast and evening cocktails included in the price was a very pleasing and ecconomical addition, especially considering Singapore's usually elevated drinking costs. Overall I would recommend this Hotel to anyone and would definately visit again.
Shopping Tip : The local shopping mall food court is very good value and has lots of choices.

Link to shopping centre, nice clean room which is tastefully decorated and friendly service. The entrances of the hotel from the shopping centre are not very prominent and one has to climb up a long flight of stairs to reach the reception floor. Marina Mandarin is a good choice for business or leisure stay with its great location. The hotel is situated beside a shopping centre and provides much convenience for shopping and dining. The unique architecture of the hotel provides much serenity to guests like us who enjoys some peace. The room is tastefully done up and everything you need are provided in the room. The room is also clean and free of smell. The service is great and the staff are all helpful and polite, making my stay very enjoyable.

fantastic location, clean rooms, prompt service Had a great weekend in this hotel. Walking distance to river, restuarants, orchard road, about $20 to and from airport and zoo. Clean rooms, prompt room service. Early check in was no problem. Would stay here again. Also attached to a shopping centre which was handy.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The river cruise is a great way to see the CBD area.

service from staff was excelent from moment we checked in to hotel and room was large with balcony- i could not complain about any aspect of the hotel the hotel is in an excelent location and close to shopping malls and underground train station- overlooks marina bay - the rooms are large and the buffet breakfast was of very high quality- the hotel is linked to a shopping mall and has high security needing your key card to gain acess to your floor

the atmosphere of the hotel was great, as well as the staff. also the shopping centre is very close and nice. the hotel located in very good area and in very close to the marina square shopping centre where there is a staire take you to the shopping centre directly. the hotel features are nice such as the swimming pool, lobby and the executive centre. the hotel staff are very kind and friendly.

Good location n connected to shopping center The rooms at the Marina mandarin were a little smaller than expected n the rooms were old but the location and services are good. It is also connected to a shopping center which is great! Buffet Diner is really good on friday, should try if you will stay there...

Nice spacious atrium lobby. Polite, helpful and courteous concierge staff. Shopping mall close-by. Troublesome to take the elevator to level 4 to check-in not to mention 15mins check-in time with no customer around. Below average standard for the Premier room especially the bathroom. Air-conditioning wasn't cold enough. Upon arrival for check-in, the ambience of the large atrium really provide a sense of tranquility even with the slack check-in formality reception. But the Premier room was a total let-down for the price I paid especially the bathroom which is so mediocre. The concierge staff on the ground floor was polite, efficient and courteous though but that won't warrant a future stay for me.
Shopping Tip : Marina Square shopping mall is accessible via a flight of stairs from the lobby down a level with lots of shops and a food court available.

the room renovation is new and modern. the room have a view of the marina bay, but at the moment due to the construction activities at marine bay is not such a good view, but I got an unobstructed view. the hotel is in the middle of a big shopping complex, so dinning selection is good.

position, hotel itself, service, staff we stayed at Madndrin Marin hotel for 3 noghts only being our transit stop between Europe and Australia. It is the first time we stayed at this hotel and at this Marina location as usually we stay around Orchard rd. We were very impressed with the hotels architectual appearance with a huge internal space going all the way to the top 21st floor. The staff was ver curteous and helpfull. The room was a good size even for our family of 3. Breakfast and restaurants were of high quality. Best of all our 6 year old son enjoyed the pool which was huge and the around the pool area was very large endeed which is very unusual for Singapore. Definitely we are staying at this hotel again, and highly recommend it to other travellers.

- Very clean, attentive services.
- Adjoint to Marina Square and Suncity.
- Great shopping, nice food courts.
- Friendly staff. - In room safe was 'dislatched' or 'disabled', unusual for 5 stars hotel.
- No daily newspaper as specified on info page.
- Hotel lobby on level 4 a bit confusing for 1st time clients.
- Room size a bit small for 5 stars standard. A big hotel with grand entrance, the check-in counter/lobby was located on level 4, a bit confusing but OK once we found our ways around. We love the convenience of going to adjointed shops and yummy food court without actually leaving the main hotel building. The hotel coffee shop was of high standard settings and relax atmosphere. The only flaw was the inroom safe has been disabled and no daily newspaper as stated on info page.
Shopping Tip : Marina Square shopping malls.
Sun City Food Court and shopping arcades.
