My stay in Singapore was relaxing. I thought the location of the hotel was great. The receptionist was very pleasant to deal with and the lobby was nice and clean. The conierge wasn't that helpful but the over all stay was nice.
Customer service at the reception desk was great. Lobby was nice.
Asked for help from the Concierge and he rang a bell through his hand up and told me to wait and walked off. I was a little offended by what he had done. The rooms were not all that nice for the price.

- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take a leisure walk to the Esplanade, Merlion Park to see the night scenery - quite nice & relaxing and go to the Fullerton Hotel and the Boat Quay.

If you come for business and/or conference at SUNTEC, I recommend you to stay here. Perfect location, big and clean rooms, keeps you fresh for the day. I had no chance to try the food though.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : SG Flyer was not very exciting but nice. Fish-spa there can give you a new experience.

The hotel is in a good location, accessible to anywhere. I would like to recommend that you walk to the Fullerton Hotel area as the view is wonderful.
- Restaurant Tip : There are a food court in the Santec City Centre which is in font of the hotel, their food is fantastic!

I would not recommend the hotel. It might be impressive for those tourists with low budgets. However, both business and frequent travelers would not like the hotel at all. Simply not worth the money it charges.

We always book with Agoda so we naturally compare with other hotels. The fullerton is our number one choice.
- Shopping Tip : Great clothing shops for Western sizes. Very good restaraunts in Marina Square (level with 4th floor).
