Lovely Rooms, great service, good restaurants
Very Good hotel in central area near Marina Village and lots of shops. Close to Bugis street and markets. Restaurant smorgasbord was excellent with the widest variety I have seen - from fresh sushi/sashimi, oysters, prawns, duck, chicken, large grilled prawns, curries and many other dishes.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Avoid the long line waiting for a cab - the rickshaw was fun and quick.

good service, nice and quiet location, club floor is great
refreshments, food in the club foor was a bit limited
Me and my husband with three of our boys enjoyed our stay at the club floor of the Marina Mandarin. The staff were very couteous to all of us. We were also appreciative that they were able to accomodate our request for a connecting room. The hotel is also located very near a shopping center. The area is also great since its not very busy unlike Orchard Road.

Good service and location
need to renovate bathroom a bit.
The hotel is located around marina bay and near the shopping mall marina Square. It's very easy to reach by MRT city Hall, only 10 minutes walk and approx 15 mins to Raffles Place or Shenton way(CBD).Also there many good restaurants and supermarket nearby the hotel with reasonable prices..Strongly recommend for those who are on bussiness trip or want to tour around the island. The tourist information centre is located at SUNTEC,just opposite hotel main entrance. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful.I am impressed to stay here and i will definitely come back next visit to Singapore.
Restaurant Tip : many good local restaurants around the hotel and city hall MRT..Must Try...

Good location.
Modern rooms.
Good service.
Good location for business travelers calling on banks in the Marina area with plenty of options for shops and restaurants being walking distance. Recently renovated rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff very helpful. A very good selection of restaurants with the Italian restaurant being very good indeed.

Staff are very helpful and friendly
Hotel staff were very helpful and transfered me to a different floor. The room was not ready but they gave me another room in the meantime which was very nice. I got a babysitter who was really wonderful and we went to the restaurant downstairs where the food was really nice. The swimming pool area is very clean and the staff there are very friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel next time I am in Singapore.
Nightlife Tip : Raffles is nearby. Go and have a Singapore Sling!

Executive Lounge was great.
Room was good & Service of Staff was excellent.
I had an early check in, 7.30 am & the Front Desk was very polite & nice & offered to up-grade me to the Executive Floor. Of course there was a charge involved here, but the charge was acceptable.
The Room & amenities were great, Clean Room, Fresh Laundry, acceptable toiletries & I also had a lovely view.
The choice of Restaurants were OK.
The Hotel staff was very polite & nice.
The Concierge was extremely helpful.
The Executive Lounge was very helpful for my business affairs. I enjoyed the cocktails & also the luxury of using the meeting room for 2 hours for free.
Overall, this is one of the best hotels Ive stayed & I enjoyed my stay very much...
All the best Marina Mandarine, Keep up the good work & I will definitely stay in this hotel during my next visit to Singapore...
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : A Ten minute walk will take you to beautiful scenes & night life...

At center of the down town easy to go every where.
Good Italian restaurant. Good food at room service.
At Meritus Club we good a good time to stay while we were in Singapore. House keeping is good. Clean and quiet. We will go back to stay there again. good Breakfast at the club. Staff were nicer. Check in for the club room is on 21st floor with staff we can check in without get loss. And I like express check out and late check out offering.
At Meritua Club, I fond the hot pot for tea. It does not work. And they shall have guide line for all equipment in the room. First day we got ice in the ice box. Second day was no ice in the box. For that price they shall have fruit every day.
If you are looking for a nice, clean and professional place to stay. I recommend this hotel.
Not far from Subway station, not far from shopping more and duck tour. You can see the lion and nice view. Staff speak English and good services. Safe and you will enjoy in the room too.
Restaurant Tip : Good Italian food here. Good environment good staff

if you are not an Orchard Road fan but like the shopping in Singapore, Marina Mandarin is a great option. It has superb covered and underground access to shopping and eateries like Suntec City, Raffles City, Marina Shopping etc. It has been refurbished and has the feel and quality of a five star hotel but much more affordable than your average 5 star hotel in singapore. The rooms are functional and has all the great amenities and typical of all five star hotels in Singapore, the service is impeccable and efficient. Also for the gym buffs, it is opened 24 hrs a day!
The design of the hotel is that the rooms are designed around the central lobbly and restaurants. Sometimes, you can hear the music coming from the lobby.
Great value for money. 5 star feeling but price of a 4 star hotel. centrally located with access to great eating places and several shopping centres and the theatres right next door. MRT is close by as well. Service is great. With its direct interconnection to the Marina Shopping Centre, you have access to a number of shops and great eateries
Shopping Tip : at least 3 to 4 shopping centers nearby and with covered or underground access with airconditioning!

Value for money, conveniently located
small gym, poor breakfast
When i am traveling to singapore for business, i like to stay at the Marina mandarin. The place is conveniently located, next to a mall, and the the rate is fantastic compare to what you would have to pay in Orchard. Will i come back again? Definetly YES

Good location, reasonable pricing.
small gym, poor breakfast.
I used to stay in the hotels at orchard but ever since i stayed at this hotel, i have not switched since then. The good thing about this hotel is it's very conveniently located next to shopping mall. Also, it is very easy to get a taxi unlike orchard. Furthermore, the room is relatively big and the price is very reasonable.

Friendly, helpful and efficient service
Location of the hotel
Fresher look
Generally prefer reception to be at level where I enter but in this case we had to go up a level.
It's been quite a few years since we were last at the Marina Mandarin and I must say my husband and I were both very pleased with the new look that makes the hotel appear fresher and more contemporary. The birds perched in cages outside the Chinese restaurant created lovely music when we were havin a drink and taking it easy at the lounge. We also found our room airy and spacious. Although not in the heart of things like an Orchard Road hotel, we were more than happy not to be confronted with the crowds and heat of Orchard Road. Another stay at the Marina Mandarin is certainly not out of the question.
Restaurant Tip : Champagne brunch at nearby Ritz Carlton is definitely the way to spend Sunday

Beautiful, impressive hotel, full of style and opulence. Right in centre of Singapore, close to singapore river and Raffles Hotel
What a wonderful place, style and service. We were amazed at the architecture - a 20 storey atrium and beautiful appointments. We checked in at 7:00 am after an overnight flight and for a reasonable fee we were allowed a 10 pm check-out. Lovely room on 19th floor - a real bonus, the general ambiance and service were top grade. Bit expensive but worth it.

Walking distance to Esplanade & Clarke Quay. Enough shopping malls linked to the hotel you won't even need to venture to Orchard Rd.
Staff do not take any initiative to solve problems. Even after the 28 million dollar refurbishment it still looks like an old hotel.
Overall my stay here was ok but I would definately not return. The rooms were sub standard & the bathroom was disgusting. The shower had black mould everywhere & the rooms a musty smell. They also charge you for everything. I asked to borrow a DVD player & it costs $40. I went to the office center to print 1 page & that cost $2 per page! The best thing about this hotel was its location as it is very close (within walking distance) to restaurants & shopping. I will not be staying here again.

Great location. Excellent food court adjoined to the hotel. Great food and great prices. Nice rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The restaurants were a little expensive for our standards.
The hotel was very impressive the moment you pulled up to it. The staff was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. Our room was nice, good size and offered everything we required. We were only there 2 nights but had a nice time. We were able to use the gym at the hotel and appreciated it after our long flight to Singapore. Our experience was truly an pleasurable and enjoyable one while staying at the Marina Mandarin Hotel and will definitely book there again if travelling to Singapore again.
Restaurant Tip : If you want a quick meal and do not care about ambiance try the food court that is in the shopping mall adjoined to the hotel. There are two levels to the food court and the second level offers all the choice of any ethnic food you wish. It was all very good.
