Very disappointing - bathroom was so small

Miserable - very disappointing. Internet does not show how small everything is. Matress was covered with vinyl which made us think it was not a suitable hotel to recommend to families.

Excellent location with great value

Given how expensive Singapore is, even though the rooms are a bit of a windowless box, you can't beat the price for the comfort, cleanliness and location. If you only need a place to sleep, this is excellent - they even have tv & airconditioning. The walls are a bit thin, but after a day of walking around the city, the comfort of the bed & pillows will help you to sleep. If you have a lot of luggage, it's a bit of a walk from Bugis MRT, but not difficult. There is otherwise fantastic access to food, shopping and everything else Singapore has to offer in the area. To go elsewhere, it's easy to hop on a bus, MRT or cab. Breakfast is not great, but you get what you pay for and there are many other delicious options nearby.

The Marrison Hotel was awesome, except for the bathroom in standard room (no window) was too small, especially if you got big body like me. the room is clean and comfort, breakfast is good. the location of it hotel was awesome, near Bugis MRT Station, bugis junction shopping centre, bug is market, etc. its not far from singapore flyer.

Pros: The location is good. 5 mins walk to Bugis MRT station. Easily to go anywhere
Cons: Breakfast is not so good and internet connection speed is so slow.

Disappointing.
1. Check-in early incur additional charges(it was only by an hour)
2. Room key didn't work, so went down to reception to ensure it works
3. Room given was not made up, had to make another trip to reception to inform them
4. New room was few levels above restaurant on ground level, cooking smell in the room
5. Clump of hair found on bathroom floor
