Small Room without water bottle to drink

As Agoda inform through its web, I paid for two person. But when I came, the reception asked me,"one or two person?" I said one, since I came alone. But then in the afternoon my friend decided to stay with me, and they asked me again,"you are one person right?", I said no, we are two. Do they need to differentiate one or two person since I paid for two? (I got bad experience with another hotel in Singapore, which the information said it is for two but I got a very small room even for one person).
Then here we got a small room, without water bottle for drink, and also only a bit tissue toilet. Later I asked them abt water bottle, then they said that my room type doesn't come with water bottle. and about the tissue toilet, they said that I should informed them about it.
I think the price is too expensive for the small room without water bottle and maybe they didn't check the room first before deliver it to guests.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you pay for two person, don't say that you are come alone

Great location but small rooms

The hotel is generally alright. But the toilet has some flies. Limited channels for television. Other than that, great location, cosy room.

Clean and neat hotel. Very near to Bugis MRT. Very small rooms. Satisfactory even though expensive for the size of rooms you get.

Good Location with friendly service but small room

I stayed for 2 days and it was really worth for money. Conditions and facilities are nice, except the small rooms. Location of the hotel is good hence easy access to everywhere.
Wifi connections is very poor even if we get the username and password. Need more improvement on that.

Budget Hotel in good location. Very near to Bugis MRT. Most taxi drivers find it hard to locate the hotel. Average breakfast. Very small rooms compared to the price you pay. Neat and clean rooms.

Value for Money!
7-11 just next to the hotel, a row of restaurants nearby hotel!

clean and comfortable hotel. only thing is there were some incidents happen when I check in which delayed my check in for 30 mins and there were someone occupied my room!!
good thing is they could resolve it fast and put me into another room. breakfast is something need to improve, portion is too small for me and less selection.

Made a wrong date booking and called all the way to hotel and the Front Desk Asst Manager was most unfriendly.
Agoda was helpful and undertook the change at their expense!
Room was so very small and breakfast is worst then roadside stalls.

Small, WiFi unstable, noisy, no separate shower

This hotel is one of the worst we have seen so far. Yes, it is cheaper than many other around, but I would pay more somewhere else to be able to sleep and take a reel shower ( not a shower with the toilet like this hotel) or save yourself more money and go straight to a hostel, you'll get more for less. All the room are the same size, the only difference is the "Deluxe" have a window. The music in the corridor is soooo loud we had to ask the reception to lower it down 3 times and we could still hear it! Forget about the breakfast! You select 1 meal from a list of 4-5 available... And well, it's not very good. You need more jam? You need to pay for it!! The WiFi in the room go from nothing (in the bed) to medium when you are in front of the door. And even if you have medium WiFi, the internet suck big time. And you need to enter a very long user name and a complicated password each time you want to go online. And when you get disconnected (like every 10min) you need to enter everything again!! Don't pay for WiFi!! We will never ever go there again!
