The best of the hotel is its location which is just opposite to the Imbiah station, very convenient for traveling around sentosa. The hotel is comfortable but there are some issues with its design. First of all, you think you walk in through the main entrance (at 3/F) to check in but you have to walk down to the 2nd level. If not guided by someone, I think I won't know where to check in. When you go out through the entrance at 3/F, you cannot push open the door as there are grass which stop the door from opening. I tried and only know when a staff run to me and help to pull the door in order to open it. In addition, there are some stain with the basin which I think that was something can't be easily removed due to the materials. Furthermore, I also find not very many TV channels available. Overall, I am satisfied with the hotel services but hope they will find ways to rectify those little issues.

Overall stay is pleasant. However there is an opportunity in their service. Customer service line has no hospitality and service mind. While house keeping is not professional ( entered room without checking or knocking)
