Small, but well designed, comfortable, and functional. (Some - but enough to make a difference) front-line staff were somewhat lacking in top-class customer service. I'd go so far as to suggest they were disinterested and totally lacked the skills to handle problems and guest complaints. The hotel's Director of Operations made reparations for their short-comings and was responsive and helpful in resolving a problem I had with power supply in the room. If only that approach had extended across the whole team! Shame really.
