Boutique hotel in the heart of Singapore

Naumi hotel is an excellent boutique hotel just in front Raffles Hotel, in the heart of Singapore. The corporate suite is really big, with separate bedroom and lounge areas, and a small kitchen equiped with coffee machine and microwave. The lounge equipment provides a home-cinema experience (large flat screen, sound system, dvd player).
The front dessk staff are among the most sofisticated and charming hotel staff I met...but they dont hesitate to carry your luggage and show you the facilities when the bellboys are not around (which seems often).
Some reviewers criticise the breakfast but I dont see why. You have all kind of foods that most people usually have for breakfast (bread and bakery selection, cereals, eggs, cold cuts, cheese and salmon, saussages, fruit, salads, etc...even nutritional supplements). True, you dont have the full cooked dishes that are offered in other Asian hotel buffets (meat curry, fried rice and the like) but there are several restaurants offering that just next to the hotel.
The price is not cheap but considering location and size of room is better value for money that some of the big bussiness hotels in the area.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The rooftoop infinite pool is in a very nice setting. It overlloks the Raffles and Singapore's skyline and is a really pleasent spot to chill out (if not for serious swiming, its quite small). Sometimes is closed for private functions, though.

Excellent little hotel with staff that go the extra distance. Everything very good except some load noises during the night that apparently was the pipework. Management say this is being remedied in October.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Choose (that is insist) on being above the 3rd floor. Don't ask for bacon & eggs - the chef has no idea how to cook bacon.

I could get over my stay at this hotel. Not only our corporate suite was huge, it was clean and furnitures looked well maintained. Friendly staff who will make you feel welcomed right away. Buffet bfast was ordinary but yet filling. Location is perfect, right in the heart of town area. Will def return for another stay.

Overpriced hotel for what we experienced

The hotel airconditioning was not working in the public areas on our first day. The room has a musty smell, there was obvious dampness in the ceiling above the shower area as paint was slowly peeling off. There was a problem with our door keys and we had to follow up how to access the wifi internet. this was overpriced for what we experienced.
