Friendly staff, clean hotel,Nice neighbourhood.
Rooms, the one I got was nice and comfortable. For me the only weak point are the TV channels need some more movie without commercials. Stay in this Hotel was very plesant. Friendly staff and the location of the hotel was good.
Rooms clean and comfortable. opposite the hotel many restaurants and bars very nice at the river.It was only for 2 days but I can say the overall impression was very good and I will certainly comeback and recommend this hotel to other people.

Usually when i am visiting Singapore, i stay at Marina Mandarin. This time, i decided to give it a change and stayed at novotel. The room charge was cheaper but the facilities are not as what you expect at the Mandarin. But then again, i guess you're getting what you pay for. Would i stay again? I probably wouldn't.

Very good situated to explore Singapore,
very friendly and capable staff,
nice rooms, free internet for 20 minutes The Novotel Clarque Quai in Singapore is extremely well situated to explore the city. From the rooms there is a splendid view over the city and harbour. In the evening you can enjoy nightlife in a walking distance.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. You have free internet 20 min per day. The rooms a are modern and nice.

excellent location for clarke quay and boat quay. couldn't think of anything in particular to mention. A very good hotel. I have stayed at the novotel on a number of occasions and I would certainly head back there in any future visits. The location is good although anywhere in Singapore is not a bad spot due to the excellent public transport system and an abundance of taxi's available at very competative rates. The hotel is modern and very clean and run by very capable, friendly staff. The room rates are very good and it would be difficult to beat them for value and comfort. The room was comfortable and an ideal place to stay short term. The facilities are excellent with complimentary internet access in the lobby area. I will certainly use this hotel again when I visit Singapore in the future.
Travel tip : Don't forget the sun block. Don't restrict youself to the hotel dining. There are many good places to eat right on the doorstep and slightly further afield.

Location, clean and tidy, friendly staff, value. This hotel lives up to its reputation as a reasonably priced hotel in a good location close to MRT, shopping and restaurants. Would have been nice if the room we booked also included a complimentary breakfast. Always great to have free internet access in the lobby as provided by this hotel.

Good location with nice river banks around it. Clubs and bars and restaurants at the quayside. Room is clean with good size, freindly services. I wish the lobby was bigger coz we have a group of freinds meeting there and it feels cramp. We checked in late due to our delayed flight, and the hotel upgraded our standard room to a more delux one due to availability. Upon identified a stained bed-sheet, room-service was contacted and a staff was sent over within a short time to change the linen and apolgoized for the inconvenience, and that's good customer service.

Conveniently located, clean. The Novotel Singapore is conveniently located in the Clarke Quay area, prime night life area in Singapore. The rooms are clean and offer every little thing expected from a 5 stars hotel. The service was agreable, the staff smily and useful whenever I had a question to ask. The restaurants offer fine food at an excellent price. I would recommend to my friends any time.
Nightlife Tip : Follow the music!

* Restaurants in the hotel for western food. Our stay at the Novotel Clarke Quay was fantastic. The staff were pleasant, friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything you could use for a short stay. The pool area was great for relaxing time away from shopping and sight seeing! We loved the proximity of the hotel to transport, areas of interest and other amenities. We would definitely stay at the Novotel again and would not hesitate to recommend it to others travelling to Singapore.
Shopping Tip : Vivo City, which is accessed on the MRT (get off at Harbour Front) was brilliant. The shopping Centre at Boon Lay was also extremely good value - excellent restaurant and shoe shopping.

Good views, near the action, clean, nice rooms, pleasant staff Reserved a taxi through hotel for trip to airport and they charged almost double the normal taxi rate. Check in was quick and pleasant. Hotel is definitely a four star. Good restaurant. Great views from rooms as the lobby is on the 7th floor and all the rooms are above that level. Large comfortable rooms with desk and 32" LCD television. Near all the action at Clarkes Quey. Check out was a breeze, once again with pleasant personnel. Would definitely stay here again when in Singapore! They offer breakfast for $S15 when you check in which I though was a good deal -- very bountiful buffet.

The best of our stay was the proximity and the access to Darling Harbour. The service was excellant.The room we were in was very well equiped with full a kitchen and was serviced sheets towels etc. The only complaint was the veranda which wasn't very well equiped and had a old blind over the patio doors which was torn and hanging down We enjoyed our stay in The Novotel Darling Harbour very much, we would definately recommend it. As we were on a long trip 11 weeks in all our accomodation varied, some we were not inpressed with. But we were with this hotel and indeed with a few other stays in Novotels during our holiday.
Hotel Feature Tip : Use the pool especially the hot tub after a long day sightseeing wonderful.

Location location location and extremely clean The location was unreal. Bang in the middle of the nightlife area. During the day, u can relax in ny of the cafes below.. they r literally 1 min away. U have to try TCC if ur a coffee lover..unreal variety of coffee.. u can also take a walk along the singapore river.. the location is unimaginable.. ur in between the esplanade area and orchard rd.. there r also heaps of shopping around the area..

easy access to MRT. very convenient. Got a new shopping mall at ground floor and so can buy good things. McDonalds. Subways, supermarket everything's there. not enough internet access points in the lobby
no toothbrush. no toothpaste for such large hotel. easy access to surrounding Clarke Quay. Got taxi stand downstairs and easily get a taxi. The environment is good and the room is spacious. Attitude of staff is good. The price is reasonable for such a hotel. I can even see the air-hostesses all staying in my hotel as well, surely this is the one that I will come and stay again.

The hotel near the Clacke Quay, very romantic location and deliciou food. Hotel near the shopping central. Novotel hotel is very close by Clacke Quay, a very nice place in Singapre. The hotel also very near with shopping central. It take you around S$6.00 to go by taxi to Nge An city or Orchard road. And it take 20 minute to go to airport from Novotel Hotel. Hotel location also very nice too. It have got nice swimming pool in 6th floor. I'm very please to stay there.
