Excellent location and good value for money. Clean and tidy room. Some improvement suggestions though: Internet speed limited to 5mb (~500KB), not enough for youtube. The breakfast quality and variety have room for improvement; I cannot locate the changing room of the pool and gym; the sauna and steam bath share with male and female

Amazing hotel, clean rooms
Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly, just by Novena MRT station via underpass etc etc

We had an amazing stay, absolutely loved the hotel, deluxe room have coffee making machines with pods, beds are very comfortable, rooms are spacious, bright,quiet and clean. Staff were very friendly, we hope to come back again.
