lovely hotel and service with a smile

stayed at oasia hotel for the 1st time in nov 2012. had an unpleasant experience as the aircon was not cold. my family including my baby slept in perspiration the whole night. engineering came to rectify but problem still persist. didnt want a room change as it was just 1night stay. decided to give oasia another chance and return for 1night stay in jan 2013 to celebrate our son's birthday. the front office team manager and her team made my bad experience into such a pleasant and wonderful surprise by making sure my stay was comfortable than before. we truly enjoyed the stay and we are definitely coming back to oasia in future for a staycation. great job oasia!

Nightlife Tip:
Orchard Towers has 4 floors of night clubs, and opens on Sunday at 1Pm for Sunday Dancing and Drinking, but expensive drinkies and many friendly ladies...yeah boi

This hotel is great for exploring singapore as its right on the noth/south tube line,you can get anywhere in the city very quickly. The hotel has a great view especially from the executive floor and the pool on this floor is first class. Staff were extremly friendly and full of advice as to days out and best ways to travel.Our room was spacious and really well equipped with room cleaned twice daily. Executive lounge hospitality was first class with snacks and beverages freely available. A first class hotel from which to explore the city during the day and totally relax at night.

Upgrade to executive floor and enjoy snacks and beverages at any time of the day.

Located in a nice and quite area, this hotel is located just a across the street from 2 famous hospitals in Singapore. It is clean, nice and transportation was easy. recommended for people who is travelling there for medical treatment. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. No recommended for young couple who like night life.

Take taxi to orchard road.
