I couldn't have picked a better hotel in Singapore. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. The location is very convenient. The MRT is located below the hotel and across the street is a mall with lots of restaurant options.

Was excellent stay with shopping complexes next door and basement linked to tye local subway. Very near medical centers and hospitals - like a medical hub.
Restaurant Tip:

Hotel location is great. there is a underpass that leads to the MRT station and a mall. you will be spoil with choices of food just at your door step. Swimming pool is nice!

Customer Service was great. Atomsphere was wonderful and cosy.
Shopping Tip:
Novena Square Shopping Centre has a addidas factory outlet and many others stores. If you are bored and want to shop at somewhere else. It will takes only few mintues to reach Orchard Road for shopping paradise by train. There are additional of stores in newly renovated Plaza Singapura located at Dhoby Ghaut Mrt Station.

Convenient for visitors, but not for a staycation

On the positive side:
Very personalize and professional front desk. The lady who checked us in was very nice. Housekeeping staff didnt even dare to use doorbell when the room's DND light was on. Called on phone instead.
The pullout drawer for the in-room safe and auto window blinds were great features. Nice choice of organic tea bags too.
On the negative:
Vanity top in bath lacks space. Had difficulties putting a toiletries bag on it. Toiletries rack in shower was not designed for the hotel's supplies. The holes were too huge to hold the small bottles.
There was no bathroom rug. Hopefully it was just overlooked cause it would a real slag for an important basic necessity. Facial tissue ran out shortly after check in too.
Pillows were super hard. Not sure if there would have been options cause no label on them. We were not using the pillows much through bedtime.
The lighting system is not too user-friendly. The bedside table & switches were a little low and hard to reach. The switch to the room's light also switches off the toilet light. And because the bathroom is separated only by a frosted glass from the bed, you either can't switch on any lights when using the toilet in the middle of the night to avoid waking up your room mate, or risk having the bathroom light flood the whole room.
Also insufficient area to hang bath towels to dry when the hotel is promoting conservation of water.
Aircon controls made little difference. it was hot under the sheets even at coolest setting point.
complementary parking card issuing system needs some looking into. Can be further improved.
Didnt have time to check out the swimming pool & gym as that floor was not accessible without a room keycard after checking out.
Didnt like the feeling of having to access the hotel via a medical centre lift lobby.

if you look for a hotel which you can both enjoy staying & travel around quickly, it's a place for you. it locates in almost central area where you can go around the city very easy by mrt. the station is right next to hotel, just a few mins walking. facilities are all new, design is great, room is quite comfortable. its recommended for that price level compared to all other hotels in the range.
