Ok but the location is far from everything

The overall stay was very good. Breakfast was good in the morning. A bid far away from everything. Always need to take a taxi or the subway.

Everything was great. however, understand that it was a peak period during my stay, but the breakfast should have more varieties and supply. Understand that it is a newly opened hotel, so keep looking forward to the improvement. Way to go!

intimate & lovely except for the noise!

the check in was extremely slow..
stayed in the club room, which gives exclusive access to the hotel's "living room" on 22nd storey. our room was on 21st & gave a wonderful, unblocked view of the surrounding. room was very clean with low bay settee, good bed, shower, tub & huge tv. love the "living room", spent almost 2 hours just lounging at the sofa, enjoying the free coffee, snacks (savoury & sweet), wine/ cocktails, reading etc. the exclusive infinity pool was a plus point & managed to catch a bit of fireworks going on at mbs too.
the downside: our room had an adjourning door. we had loud, noisy neighbours that stayed up till 4-5am. totally not soundproof at all!

Staff are friendly, professional & accommodating. Rooms are a bit small, but the interiors make it feel spacious, especially the additional storage cupboards. Modd lighting is great, electric blinds a bonus. Needs better sound proofing between rooms & entry door & corridors. Bed is comfortable, soft pillow top but firm base. AC works well. Suggest cushions on window ledge, & operating instructions for desk light. Overall impressed with room.

room are small but we love the 22nd floor pool.
Never expect so many people stay at the club room using the club benefits.

Lovely hotel

Greeted well from front-line staff. Location was great, very accessible with nearby Novena mrt. Lobby was well-decorated and hotel was generally clean. Despite the small room size, it was well equipped with the ipod dock and different options for lighting. The toilet was unique as it had it's own speakers and was very welcoming.

Great location but small room and noisy
near MRT station and shopping malls

For the good, it was connected to the MRT station by an underpass to the shopping mall. There were 3 shopping malls and a convenient store nearby. It was great for buying food and had meals there.
For the bad, it was very noisy and no sound insulation. I was waken up a few times when my neighbour were back to their rooms lately. It was awful. Also the bed was just too hard and not comfortable. No coach and could only take MRT or taxi to the airport. However, I waited for more than 15 minutes and there was still no taxi. Luckily, I didn't bring lots of luggage and then turned to MRT. The staff there won't dare to offer help.

Hotel with great service

The club room is a little small but rewards us with the privacy we need. The Living room is a really cosy place to chill and hang out. We regret only staying for a night. It is definitely a hotel that I will book again. The staff from the reception to the cleaners are all so friendly and helpful. They are always smiling and ready to assist us. I had my snacks and breakfast at the Living room. They are delicious! It is more worth it to book the club rooms. The hotel is just located above Novena mrt station and no difficulty in locating it.

Comfortable hotel and convenience location

The hotel location is very convenience, MRT is just below the hotel. I would say this hotel is very good for business traveller but for family with baby is a little bit unfriendly. Service is good, room is clean, small and compact.
