New Hotel, Friendly Service and Good Price
Reasonable price for the hotel not far from the Orchard Rd.

We was welcomed by a friendly staff and the room is sizable for Singapore Hotels. It is a just a couple of MRT stations to the Orchard Road. Novena Square adjacent to the hotel provides what you want to buy and what you want to eat

Love hte hotel, near mrt, n next to the mall

The hotel is new n nice. The room is not so big, if we compare to the price, but it really next to the mrt n the novena square mall, its easy to find food there
Restaurant Tip:
As the hotel next to the mrt station, you can go anywhere easily,..novena is near to orchard

Its nice and beautiful design but my sister's room leak water from the plafond.
Restaurant Tip:
Try roti prata at curry time restaurant - velocity, next to the hotel.

Great Location but small rooms

overall, convenient and close to the mrt station, novena station. room is clean but small. fully furnish with all necessities even in small room. only disadvantages surrounded by hospitals... so a bit worried about hygiene and transmitted disease especially with young children.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Nice pool. Sauna room is cute.

the shower room for parent whose children still need assistant with their bath might cause difficult cause it is so compact. the rest is great.
Restaurant Tip:
must try the nearby hai nan rice chicken.

Well placed luggage area and drop-off/ pick up points.
Concierge offers you umbrella borrow service during rainy days.
Fresh calm smell at hotel entrance we definitely miss.
Double bed at deluxe room is a bit small for 2 adults and 1 young infant, except double bed at corner rooms is king size.
Amenities are complete and well up to standard.

Location, location, location...
Great location, clean rooms and nice staff

We stayed in Oasia for 9 nights and overall it was great. Traveling with a toddler it can be quite tricky when choosing your hotel. So we opted for Oasia cause it's close to the MRT station and there's a grocery store and mall nearby. Plus, its close to United Square which is a mall especially for kids.
Having been to Singapore several times and stayed at several hotels before, this is by far the best hotel we've been to. Very modern and sophisticated.
The only downside is the room is quite small but we could live with that and maybe the slightly see through glass partition probably not ideal when you're traveling with a business partner.
Totally coming to Oasia again for our next trip.

I am very happy with the room, and quality of the facilities. The service is great as always, this was my second stay at the hotel and it was still a great experience. I am very satisfied.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to Suntec City Mall for Ducktour, Singapore Sightseeing, Hippo water cruise, and more.

Good locaton but small room

the staff is nice, room is clean but small. the bed is too small for a family with children. this hotel is suitable for business men, rather than a family trip.
