Off-City Center but quiet and relaxing hotel
Nice swimming pool, clean and spacious room, comfortable bed and nice view

It's overall an above-average hotel, though not recommended for visitors looking for city life since it's a bit hidden away. It's rather difficult to hail an taxi, but otherwise it's close to the subway.
Staff are generally nice and helpful, even I woke up late and was granted for a late check-out immediately.

surely miss the staff very much

Super disappointed with the annoying free wifi Internet, must re-register every 24 hours
The wake up call service let me down one morning, so I was late for work, but the staff made it up spontaneously and sent me by cab
The staff always act and responded quickly to my needs, very attentative.

Clean, comfort, great location (on top of MRT)
Clean and tidy room (wooden decor), on top of MRT (2 station from Orchard Road)

Excellent location and good value for money. Clean and tidy room. Some improvement suggestions though: Internet speed limited to 5mb (~500KB), not enough for youtube. The breakfast quality and variety have room for improvement; I cannot locate the changing room of the pool and gym; the sauna and steam bath share with male and female

Amazing hotel, clean rooms
Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly, just by Novena MRT station via underpass etc etc

We had an amazing stay, absolutely loved the hotel, deluxe room have coffee making machines with pods, beds are very comfortable, rooms are spacious, bright,quiet and clean. Staff were very friendly, we hope to come back again.

Very NOISE sound of ventilation
Nice view at swimming pool, friendly staffs and next to shopping

Unexpected the room was so small and this is first time we encounter the noisiest of ventilation but end up they upgrade us to the top floor.

Had it bot bben the price , its quite q comfrtable hotel to relax. there are not too many tv chanels: if you want to watch nice programmes, you have to pay extra!
The minbar is not cold-- unbale to keep the drinmks too cool.The coffee making machine is not user friendly-- takes me 2 days to figure out-- instruciton were not 100% clear!Miss 2 days of nice aromatic coffee
Guess they do try to be good to their customers!

It was a pleasant stay.
Hotel is clean and modern. Near to MRT, hospital and a neighbourhood shoping mall.
