Amazing hotel, clean rooms
Rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly, just by Novena MRT station via underpass etc etc

We had an amazing stay, absolutely loved the hotel, deluxe room have coffee making machines with pods, beds are very comfortable, rooms are spacious, bright,quiet and clean. Staff were very friendly, we hope to come back again.

Very NOISE sound of ventilation
Nice view at swimming pool, friendly staffs and next to shopping

Unexpected the room was so small and this is first time we encounter the noisiest of ventilation but end up they upgrade us to the top floor.

Had it bot bben the price , its quite q comfrtable hotel to relax. there are not too many tv chanels: if you want to watch nice programmes, you have to pay extra!
The minbar is not cold-- unbale to keep the drinmks too cool.The coffee making machine is not user friendly-- takes me 2 days to figure out-- instruciton were not 100% clear!Miss 2 days of nice aromatic coffee
Guess they do try to be good to their customers!
