A bit far from main shopping area

I have extended my stay here just because it is too complicated for moving to another hotel. A very Standard Service, bed's size too compact.

Not disappointing, but no surprise

Friendly service. Requested for early check in and the staff attended to it professionally. The staff at the reception recommended an upgrade to executive room with breakfast at extra. Committed, and we were free to enjoy the executive lounge, with free wifi and little hi-tea. Room was a bit old but fortunately clean. A very happening hotel I would say. The lobby lounge and cafe were always full of customers and laughters. In words, everything is fine. Up to common standards. No impressive surprise but good that it's not too disappointing.

the breakfast was dissapointing!the room was nice. the receptionist was rude and was not willing to give me half hour later check out
Restaurant Tip:
there is a super sea food restaurant in ion archird,in b4, its called bbq seafood!!! it has great sri lankan crab.

Good Hotel with Great Club Refreshments

i always stay in the club rooms of the hotels in singapore as i believe they offer good value for money and i believe that the club experience at the orchard is the best i've experienced. rooms are comfortable, the service is good and the breakfast, refreshments and cocktail food options are excellent. they get my vote everyt ime.

Slow check-in, small rooms in the renewed wing

have been staying here now three times in the last two months. two first times were in the "old" wing which has comfortable and quite large rooms but the third time was in the renewed wing. these rooms are really small and despite the renewal still feel and look old. the reception is always crowded, check-in takes forever and the service is just so-so.

It is ideally located for shooping along Orchard Road. Just at the fringe of the road, so less hectic, but easy walking distance to all major shops and malls. Also, good for business trip, with easy access to MRT, taxis etc to get to appointments. The stay is very comfortable, with well furnished room, good service staff. You know the security staff are there, but they are not at all intrusive. Makes you feel safe without the stress. Now my favourite Singapore hotel.

Great location but small bed

The hotel was nice and full and accommodating. We asked for a king size bed but got a queen sized bed. Was unhappy with that.
Restaurant Tip:
Be sure to get the breakfast included in your package as the cost is excessive if not.

Had a great stay for my birthday. Though the check in was a bit delayed (did inform that I would be checking in early). Had a great time as a friend's wedding was being held in the same hotel as well.

3 star quality from what should be a 5 star hotel

This hotel didn't live up to my expectations, and the cost of the room one would expect free wifi, probably won't stay there again.
