The rooms are spacious and well appointed with multiple device WiFi access. Great Chinese Restaurant in Hotel and buff breakfast in lobby. Hotel OK for both family and business.

Short taxi ride to Little India and Race Course Street for traditional Indian Breakfast or Lunch

Great location but small rooms .

Bath room need updating, shower too small.lots of plumbing work need to be done.food in buffet not always fresh and not replaced when it finishes. Manager and Staff are very nice and they try hard to please guests.

This is quite a nice hotel but we got difficulty to locate the location of the hotel. We are near to the hotel with the help of GPS but just can't find the entry. Suggest that the managment put on more obvious signage of the hotel location along the main road for visitors who are staying in this hotel for the first time. I will still continue to stay/visit in this hotel in the future. Thank you.

Well appointed rooms, good pool and Spa. Staff helpful and friendly and hotel located near great shopping and night life. Also, IMAX movie cinema on adjacent block, 5 minutes walk. All latest films, so good for family or any traveller.

About Agoda, I was able to book the hotel room much cheaper. Unfortunately i had no luggage service at the check in, but otherwise good service and always helpful. Room features and services were good. Free WIFI. Central hotel location. Near are some good shopping and nightlife possibility. The hotel is equipped with restaurants and bar

the hotel is in an excellent position in singapore, handy for all your shopping, eating and partying requirements.
the rooms are now looking a little tired, and they need to upgrade these, beds are comfortable.
free parking in the underground car park, with good access to taxis and buses to be able to move about when required.

Some of the rooms in the older wing are more than tired! Make sure you ask for a room in the new/refurbished tower.
Breakfast is poor, better to book without breakfast and eat outside.
Rooms are nice, clean and everything works.

Run down property.Year end merriments promotion was without breakfast.Breakfast fot two cost over $70 which is a rip off for a very basic meal.
The staff except the front office personnel are indifferent.
The hotel needs a complete overhaul and a more dynamic management style.
Shopping Tip:
Very close to Lucky Plaza on Orchard Road.LP has very good value for money shops.

Located very near to the city center, Orchard MRT is about 10 mins away from the hotel. very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff at the reception. managed to get me a early check in at 11 am and also a late checkout free of charge till 2pm. but since i wanted to have the room till 6pm they charged me additional 100 S$. overall this is a good hotel and value for money. No comments on the meals as i did not eat from the hotel.
