only downside was although we booked so far in advance (3 months ahead of stay) we did not get a queen bed - instead getting 2 singles as it was very busy over new year period

Within walkin distance to shopping malls, most notably Ion Orchard. Definitely will come back to this hotel, provide best value for money.

location on orchard street was nice

My room (two of them) were not ready upon arrival (I arrived at 5pm!!) So had to wait an hour. I went to the bar to have a drink and first thing I noticed was the torn fabric on the chairs. This hotel is very crowded and given the small lobby, it seems like you are overwhelmed with people everywhere. The rooms are nothing to get excited about. Again the chair in my room had torn/frayed fabric. The other disturbing thing was that the AC had a lower limit on how cool you could make the room. Always seemed too hot. We also had to ask on two morning for handtowels; as they forgot. The breakfast buffet was not good. Nothing exciting...although we stayed three nights, we only had breakfast in hotel one time...preferring to go elsewhere. I would not stay here again.

This was our third stay at the orchard and this time we were staying in the club room in thrice claymore wing.our check in was smooth and were promptly checked in early at 9pm. The club lounge was classy. However housekeeping was poor. My minibar was not replaced girls 4 days.that apart everything was great

A Little Small but Great and Clean

we stay for 3 days in this hotel. Although the room isn't the biggest, it is one of the good hotel i have ever stayed. It can be considered cheap if you compare it with the other hotel rate because it offer a good location for traveler who wants to shop (very near to takashimaya and ion).

hotel is at a good location as it is at orchard area.however,we waited for very long to check in.we were told that the check in time is 2 pm.we reached the hotel at 3 plus pm which is way past the check in time but could not check in as the room has not been cleaned yet.we were given complimentary drinks and had to wait for an hour.after an hour,we still could not check in as the room was still not cleaned yet.we waited for another 30 to 45 minutes.the room has nice decor but no toothbrushes were provided.

A little bit Old Fashioned Hotel but still ok for poeple who are going to singapore for shopping as its excellent location in Orchard Hotrel.
Restaurant Tip:
A 7 mins walk down to Winsma Food Republic to enjoy Singapore Food.
