Good location, average service
the only good thing is the location

service: poor for 5 star hotel
1. requested for wake up call- never rang but thank goodness I had back up phone alarm so I didn't miss my flight
2. unpleasant check in experience- during checking I was left standing unattended at the reception while the 2 staffs where chatting. They also repeatedly ask me for check in information because they never paid attention in the first place
3. toothpaste is available upon request but it took them 40mins to deliver it to my room.
Food: You can much better food and value elsewhere
Room: Nice, bed is comfortable, shower facilities are aged

Great hotel for short getaway, great location!
Excellent location in the heart of the shopping district, good room service, friendly staff

Stayed for one night as a celebration for a birthday. Room was of average size, you really pay more for the central location. Great breakfast the following morning, international buffet.

Beautiful Hotel, great location !

Orchard hotel is so well located, it's quite a big hotel , very clean, very pleasant. Altogether we were pretty happy during our stay, there was a very good buffet on the ground floor and a noodle bar too. It has a shuttle that takes you to and from universal studios and the night safari. In total we stayed 5 days and we thoroughly enjoyed the Orchard.

average hotel but in a nice location

there were 2 wings in the hotel, and the 1 we were assigned to first was smelling of fresh paint as the wing was being touched up. thankfully we were shifted to the other wing on request. the room in the next wing was much better and bigger too....
it is located next to good shopping malls and with metro access.
we had breakfast there and there was much variety, tasty too.

Busy hotel with good service recovery
Right on orchard road, good location, nice rooms

We given the first room however it was the wrong room so we went back down and they gave us another room, but when we got to that room it was still under renovation, by this time we were abit annoyed, we went back down to reception and got the final room which was correct.
their service recovery was good, in the sense that we got upgraded with a bottle of wine on the house. all in all, breakfast was good, location and staff were helpful.

For five star hotel, this hotel in quite small. I found it quite crowded especially at nite. For single traveler is fine. But if you bring your family, I am not recommended to stay here. Food is excellent. Access to orchard very good

Just have to wait for the room for 1.5 hours (arrived to the hotel at 3 pm.)and they gave me 1 drink for the complimentary.

The hotel is convenient for travel around Orchard road. The room is new, clean and nice. Nice bathroom with separate shower room and toilet. The bed is clean and comfortable. TV provide both channel and international cable program. The breakfast is quite nice and delicious. Internet WiFi is provided for the guest, 2 account per room.
Shopping Tip:
The hotel location is located next to Thai Embassy on orchard road. Can walk along the Orchard Road to Somerset,ION, Tang, Lucky Plaza. Can walk to MRT Somerset or Orchard station.
