We booked in for 7 nights and from the outset it was a disaster. Nobody to help with luggage; poor dress standards at Club Lounge for cocktails. Our room (1646)was so small we did not have enough space for our clothes. The furniture was too modern and not functional. We did not complain about room size but we were glad to leave the hotel. Unfortunately we reserved advance purchase otherwise we would have moved to another hotel. All in all a bad experience.
Restaurant Tip:
Very limited restaurants nearby so we had our evening meal at cocktail time.

The club lounge is a great place to unwind after shopping on Orchard road.

This hotel provides a short stay traveller Clean and modestly appointed accommodation at the start of the Orchard road shopping precinct.
The service at this Hotel was exceptional, and clearly caters for business and international contract worker needing convenient and comfortable lodgings.
Key areas of the extensive Orchard Rd shopping experience are a stone’s throw away.
Nightlife Tip:
After dark, family travellers using this Hotel are recommended to steer clear of the Orchard Towers complex at the rear corner of this hotel due to its salacious activities concentrated in and around this complex.
However, during the day a fantastic little souvenir shop can be found in the back right corner of the ground floor. This shop is a bit of a hidden gem as the first shops you will see are the multitude of reflexology massage shops.

I recommend this hotel for business traveler who want to stay on Orchard road, but don't want to pay premium price.
Good:
- good value for hotel location/ room space/ service.
- hotel location is quite near to MRT station (10-minute walk)
Bad:
- overall hotel external is quite old.
- no interesting restaurant in the hotel

Had to make last minute stop at Singapore. I checked agoda they gave great 50% discount to this hotel which I have been wanting to test long time already. Had an early check in and got some nap during day time and all together good experience. really great location at orchard. their shopping arcade has couple of good places to eat which luckily weren't too full to get into.
definitely will be staying here again.
