Great location close to all the shopping area, comfortable rooms. Friendly staff with smile, very recomendded to stay.

It is located perfectly along the orchard road. You can find any sort of local food, hawkers, restaurant, shopping, dining within walking distance. there is also bus service going to major attraction like jewel box, marina bay sands, and many others. The hotel staff is very helpful to explain all the information.
Shopping Tip:
Very good location as its in the centre of orchard road. Easy for shopping and to commute anywhere. Recommended for casual and business traveller.

Hotel was conveniently located. The hotel staff were friendly and help full. Free internet was a bonus. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The price was both affordable and good value for money. Good transportation and access to shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions and night time entertainment. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.

Check in was slow. Staff was not paying attention when I approached the counter. Guest services one stop call centre failed to pick up my call twice. Rooms were dimmed.

Very convenient for shopping, close to Orchard road and many good restaurants. Famous Teow Chew restaurant and reasonable prices at ground floor lobby. Allow late check out to catch plane home. Conceirge staff very helpful and polite. Taxis easily available.
Shopping Tip:
Short walk to ION Mall. Plenty of good restaurants and retail shops

Given room is next to the lift and thus can hear the noise of the movement of lift.
Noticed that generally, hotel staff tend to allocate not 'so nice' room if reservation is done thru online agents with payment already made :(
