We got a free upgrade to a better room. It has nice decor but lacks a bath tub.

Orchard Hotel Singapore is one of the top hotel along Orchard Road. The most appealing of this hotel is it's location. you can pretty much access to many shopping mall and public transportation within a walking distance.

very modern hotel and was centrally located. the hotel staff were friendly and help full. the hotel was very clean and well maintained. the price was both affordable and good value for money. good transportation and access to shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions and night time entertainment. i would definitely stay here again and recommend to my friends.

The hotel located in the heart of Singapore, mainly thr Orchard road where all supporting facilities are available closeby. This was a big plus to the hotel in addition to the well organized service, quiteness, and supportive staff.

We stayed 3 great days in the Orchard Hotel. The staff were excellant and made our stay enjoyable. The Rooms were both spacious and clean and we would stay there again and recommend it to anyone

I like the location, room and ambience, clean, all things new, for food best price also, mini bar not so expensive

So close to the orchard, center of shopping activity and SIngapore Sale time, New room with cleanliness and new stuff make me comfort, walking is the best choice to reach orchard, make me healthier also for enjoying food, many places from hotel to orchard
