the hotel has a decent room, nice tv and great location near to orchard mrt. the only setback was the wireless connection which has to be requested from the staff, as it should be that all rooms and pricing should come with free wireless internet connectivity. breakfast was good though the hotel has a "touristy" feel about it, especially with large toru groups.

The design of the hotel lobby is excellent, the hotel room is clean, spacious, comfortable and modern design concept. The hotel service is fast and good. As for the international buffet breakfast is good with variety of foods to choose from. As for the location, it is a bit further down at the Orchard road but still within walking distance to ION shopping mall.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Good, convenient and quiet location to stay at Orchard.

Nice hotel at good location

i enjoyed the stay with a comfortable room with adequate room size and a decent flat screen tv. another important note for every of my business trip is a good breakfast selection to start my morning which is more than satisfying here at the hotel. its however not so near to the heart of orchard but could give you the chance of a good walk along orchard.

Decent breakfast, free up-grade, modern facilities, nice restuarant downstairs. Overall a good and cofortable place to stay. I guess they allow friends to come and visit if you are lonely ....

i arrive quite late midnight. the front service is very helpful, filipinno. check-in is very fast.
unbelievable the room is very good, nice, clean, and very quiet. it's better than many hotel i used to stay such as pan pac, conrad.
food is good.
i took cab to national heart center in a very fast way, onyl 10 minutes, very convenience.
check out is also fast.
toilet is a bit small, but ok.
the lounge on ground floor has 3 filipinno singers, very good music.
Hotel Feature Tip:
better book agoda i received 50% discount.
there is tax and service charge not included in the room rate (e.g. 178 usd plus++ final 200 usd per room).

This was my second time to stay in this hotel when i'm in singapore. i like this hotel because it is
in great location along orchard road with easy access to the shopping malls and near the MTR and bus stations. The staff were very helpful in all my concerns and even upgraded my room and gave me free internet access. I would definitely go back to this hotel when I'm in Singapore. Room was really nice and very clean. love this place...

one morning we were delayed for breakfast and were instantly guided to the breakfast room in the executive club
Travel tip:
Close to many shops, including world famoust brands. Beware of the working girls after midnight on Orchard Rd

stay at this hotel is really comfortable. however, the access for go to this hotel need walking around 15 minutes from bus or mrt. for depart from this hotel is very easy since it is near by bus stop.

The lobby of the hotel is nice and breakfast is very good. Even though the room has been renovated, it is still rather small, especially the toilet. However, the bed is comfortable enough.

this hotel i stayed in years ago. and for some reason never went back. but had the chance to do so this time around and to be perfectly honest i don't know why i didn't go back earlier than what i did. it just about has everything and so close to all the action so it's easy to walk home after one or two beers to many.
