Beautiful, clean hotel
Friendly obliging staff, close to shopping central

Only had the pleasure of staying at the hotel for one night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, assisting with luggage storage after checkout and providing a refreshment room when we returned from our sightseeing so that we could shower before flying out. The hotel is right on orchard Street which is the shopping mecca and has sightseeing buses stopping regularly right out the front

OK hotel but not the best. It has a good name, I was expecting a bit more than what I got. Run-down rooms and noisy elevator next to the room. A bit disappointed!

Staffs is not helpful

The staff in front desk is not helpful enough upon check-in. There are not enough staff in the front desk. Always long queue when peak hrs especially 10am - 2pm.
When using business centre, staff is not helpful enough to guide us. They are like very rushing to get u off and proceed to other guest.
I cant imagine to stay here for a long term period if I am a business traveler. The Front Office manager know about this issue and I am surprised that the management still letting the guest to queue for so long.

It was a brief and short stay worthwhile. The staff were helpful and corteous. Extremely polite and worth the money. Room was tidy suitable for the 2 of us.breakfast was available and delicious. Calm and soothing emvironement

The hotel is well located for shopping in Orchard Road. Staff are friendly, very well organised and professional. We received a free upgrade on check in and the room was a good size, very comfortable and clean. The hotel offers a room for guest's use after check-out so we could shower and freshen up before final departure; a very nice feature. Our only disappointment was with the dining area which was dirty and the food service very slow

The stay was absolutely nice, very good service, very good room decor, proper room size, good beds with cleanliness, good house keeping. Very good view of swimming pool located on the fourth floor. Front Desk and Travel desk was very much polite and helping and cooperative having "You attitude". This was my second visit to this Hotel and I may repeat.
