10 min walk to orchard mrt station, but in the peek time it is not necessary to pas the erp area in orchard.
very friendly worker, but the room for the executive club is very small.
evening coctail is ok, but after 9 p.m you can not get any finger food in executive lounge.

The hotel design is new and trendy. The room is tidy, clean and comfortable. Overall i am satisfied of that.

I guess there were a few negative points about the hotel, nothing Major just niggling.
1- The Key Cards kept on losing its memory, went through 3 sets before I had a decent set.
2- I had two single beds, I guess I am a little large to sleep on a single bed.
3- The Bed making quality could improve.
Good Things
1- Friendly and accommodating Staff
2- The Room "Safe" worked well
3- The Late Check-Out is handy
4- The eats at cocktail hour are plentiful, offer a wide variety and are tasty.
5- The service provided by the staff was great,
6- Good Breakfast, including Good Coffee.
7- Being one road up from Orchard, there is less traffic and noise
Shopping Tip:
You are not on Orchard Road, but just around the corner, allowing you to start at the top end of Orchard Rd and peruse all the way in one direction.

Nice hotel in a great location.

Took ages to check in!
Seem to be a lot of staff but only 2 persons handling check in with about 8 people waiting to check in.
Shopping Tip:
Hotel has great shopping in walking distance.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Great location for shopping.

From cheking in and checking out,ther service provided was impeccable.
Overall the hotel was great,they had a well sized of room for our family of 3.
Location is great for shopping ans there is a bus terminal and subway stop as well.

Nice newly renovated rooms. Within walking distance to Orchard Road, main area

overall, had a good stay at the hotel. very busy reception area as it seems a preferred choice for many tourists. housekeeping even helped to accommodate my request for a king bed!

Great location. Ok value for money.

We really liked the location and thought that for the quality of the hotel this was good value for money. Having said that, additional things were generally fairly expensive. For example, $25 for 24 hours worth of internet is obscene, particularly when we're not spending a lot of time in our room. I think I may have also paid $13 for a beer when we arrived as our room wasn't ready (we arrived a little early).
Breakfast was great. Would recommend staying here.

Good hotel in good location
clean rooms, good breakfast selection, helpful staff, outdoor pool

hotel is located on one end of orchard road. rooms clean and tidy. no free wifi which was annoying unless it was included in your room or you had to pay for it. good selection at breakfast. if you are an aussie close to the "roo bar" to watch the afl. had a pool and gym. the noise from the lifts can be annoying if you are staying htere for more than 1-2 days.
