The best hotel in singapura

I was with my daughter when we stayed there, we had a very good bonding through shopping and etc. i love the place the ambiance it is very accessible. Will surely go back there. It is good for shopping dining and all. The place is so clean so good and very relaxing.

I was asked whether I wanted an upgrade room because they had no king size beds left. I said no, and was given a room for the disabled which had no shower, just a shower wand, so the water went everywhere. I was not given the movie tickets as part of the package and I forgot to ask about them.
The manager tried to make it up the next day but we were leaving so nothing could be done.

Again I stayed at Orchard Hotel during my recent stay in Singapore. The hotel is just perfect for business and leisure travelers, with plenty of opportunities just around the corner. The rooms are newly renovated and very functional, although a bit on the small side. Breakfast is very generous, but this is what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Orchard hotel is my home in Singapore. Prices have gone up, but this is for the whole city. All in all a great stay, only to be recommended.

middle of the road hotel with most facilities

located at the western end of orchard road, a bit far from clark and boat quays.
good acces to major business and commercial districts. lots of decent resaurants, pubs and wine shops in the area.
has all of the facilites one would expect, including gymnasium. no comment on the restaurants as i don't normally eat in hotels. trying local restaurants is a big part of travel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
It has internet access and WiFi, but at a ridiculous price of SGD 0.50 / min.
Nowadays, internet access in hotels should be free of charge. And in many hotels it is. I'd rather pay for TV than internet.

hotel is conveniently located on orchard rd. standard rooms little run down and probably worth booking a higher class room. otherwise no complaints.

the hotel is well situated at the top of orchard road. has all the normal facilities. i upgraded to the club level for %50 a night which was a no brainer as apart from the mush better room i got free breakfast (value a day) and free internet (about) as wel as a lot of other goodies like free canapes and drinks at night etc (i extended stay to 5 nights because of different plans)
room was excellent, service was good, breakfast was fine
if you get a good rate via agoda or similar this is a good choice -at rack rate not so sure
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you need taxi in the morning allow ample time as the line is long and taxis scarce!

Great Hotel with Great Service!
great club lounge & very friendly staff

stayed 3 nights and shared with 2 girlfriends in a club room.
great location and all taxis new the hotel so very easy to get back to.
very friendly and helpful staff.
great location as many shops and restaurants are just a short walk away.
really enjoyed the club room as great finger food, enough for dinner as well as drinks and breakfast was great too.
