In dire need of upgrading. The carpeting in the rooms is getting pretty bad. Still recommend OPH tho rooms need updating. Housekeeping staff was a little lax in replacing facetowels and coffee packets. Staff was very quick to respond to requests, tho. Love the location!

Once again our stay in Singapore was made easier by staying at the Orchard Parade Hotel. The location is so convenient to shopping, dining, and our dentist; and the price was very reasonable. As we did not eat at any of the hotel facilities, no comment is best. The front desk is efficient and courteous and able to check us in despite our early afternoon arrival.
