The location is good. Everything is walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Room service is good. But every night we had to listen to loud Disco music from beside the building until at 4.30 in the morning. We stayed here for two nights on 8th Floor.

The personnel is very friendly, the restaurant in the lobby is good, the swimming pool is clean and the geographical position is very good. But there are a lot of rooms and I never had the same room when I reserve a deluxe room. I think, they gave me sometimes a superior room for the price of an deluxe room. At the end, this is also a good hotel.

Selling point, just near the hotel and the orchard tower too.

I don't know what is the difference between the deluxe room and the superior room!?

I asked the medicine of stomachache to the front staff but she replied nothing in the hotel, and drugstore around the hotel were already closed. I didn't get any helpful comment from this staff. luckily I found at the drugstore of Hotel. The staff should know it.

The hotel is right at the beginning of Orchard Road (Tanglin Road) and an easy starting point for exploring Singapore (by taxi, MRT or foot). The hotel has all facilities that it should have and rooms are decent. Nothing special, but good value for money in its price category. Suitable for both business and leisure travelers.

Location right at the beginning of Orchard Road. Friendly and helpful staff.

No major dislikes or inconveniences except that the mini-bar was almost empty.

I was very well checked in by Joley who made an effort to understand my poor English, and to solve everything for me. I found a very good attitude in all the staff at the front desk. The three day weekend has special "value for money" satisfaction.

Very good location, buses at the door and MRT (subway) 4 blocks away from the hotel. Shoppings, bars, everything you need.

I didn't find any.

Return visit to Orchard Parade Guest Rating: 4.5

I've stayed at the Orchard Parade 6 times now and I prefer this hotel over many others because of its location and personal feel. It's quiet and easy to access. The quality of service and manners from the staff is equal to that of many of the larger and more expensive hotels and in some cases, even better. Will most certainly be booking into the Orchard Parade for my next visit to Singapore.

Closeness to the main shopping centers. Good location. Polite and friendly staff. Comfortable areas for quiet business meetings.

Only problem we had this time was that my wife was disturbed by the noise from the club downstairs, but this was due to our room being on the right side of the hotel building instead of the front where we had been in previous stays.

Orchard Parade Hotel, Singapore Guest Rating: 3.3

A well located hotel just off Orchard Road, with ample and attractive shopping for those so inclined. A bit of a walk to the subway, but one cannot have everything in one package! The room was clean and of an adequate size, but the fittings are getting a little "tired" - but one cannot have everything included in this price bracket, so if you want modern luxury, then go elsewhere, but pay more. Check in was smooth and efficient, but the bar very quiet.

The location is good with many places to eat within a 5 mins walk, good shopping for kids next door. Staff was friendly and the rooms are fine. We were able to get two rooms close together for us and our children. Rooms were clean and comfortably furnished.

Two twin beds pushed together is not the same as a king sized bed!

on our last night the room has only two bath towels, no face towels and hand towels, the tv and remote defective,as a four star hotel i think they need renovation anyway their rates are high, they have old sofas and their side tables and telephone are just like the old cheap hostel
