Courteous,professional staff. Fantastic location, good sized rooms, restaurants and coffee shops conveniently nearby. Good bathrooms, hot water, strong jet. Superior room floor not cleaned properly, Deluxe better. Noisy - elevator not insulated well, street traffic. Superior room had 3 star hotel smell. Agoda not accomodating when needed to check out early - despite giving more than 24 hours notice as required - I consider it false advertising. Shopping Tip : All Orchard Road major shopping centers within walking distance.

5. good pricing was looking for a hotel which is affordable and near orchard road and from the net managed to find this Orchard Parade hotel. the ambience is very nice. when i checked in i was surprised to be upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. we have absolutely no complains about this hotel and will recommend it to our friends. in fact we have decided to stay again in this hotel on our next visit to Singapore.

staff very efficent: provode entertainment at the lobby Cant have breadfast in the hotel staff is honest. While waiting to check-in to the room, my boy was playing GAME at the lobby because the room was not ready, have to wait for 3 hours. He left behind a jacket. The next night I realised his jacket was lost. I call the house-keeper and I was asked to call the conceirge who found and kept it for me. I collected it on my check-out day. Keep it up with his honesty. Staff provided perfect information for us to travel by bus.

Overall my stay was considered smooth & enjoyable. Not much hassle to check-in with all documents required in-hand. Generally, staff are friendly & helpful.
Shopping Tip : Shopping malls are within walking distance.

Very conveniently located at the head of Orchard Road, within easy walking distance of the commercial heart.
Evidence of renovation in progress. Plumbing (water supply) rather archaic. Big old-fashioned shower rose is quaint but a variable jet head would be nicer.
Parking garage access difficult after checking-out; door closers are too quick and steps too steep
Instant coffee sachets in rooms are not great; we made full use of a nearby Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Very convenient location allowed us to enjoy the holiday mood in the city centre to our hearts' content with no worries about transport or parking.
Excellent franchise restaurant (Black Angus) on premises had the most attentive service we have had anywhere in Asia. The food was great as well.
With so many choices for food and refreshments in close proximity, we did not even try the hotel meal facilities. (There is also a franchise pizzeria on the premises but we did not eat there.)
Check-in and out were efficient and reception staff were friendly and efficient. A pity though that they were unable to inform us about the festive plans in the city; one would expect them to at least be able to comment. We had reserved a non-smoking room with double bed but only twin beds are avaiable in non-smoking. We took a "smoking" room and were delighted with the comfortable, firm king-size bed. There was no smoke smell in the room, which was great!
Restaurant Tip : So much choice; Dan Ryan's in Tanglin is also an easy walk and well worth a visit, as is the Tanglin Mall, where the supermarket has many delicacies.

It is pleasure to stay there, perfect location. Clean room, big enough. The staff didn't come soon when i need them to come to the room. But it's okay if it's not urgent. The hotel location is in the perfect location, near the shopping mall that especially to babies and kids product. The fastfood restaurant is only 5 minutes walk. The price for meal is fair. The new facility is good (game area). The pedestrian around the hotel not too busy. I will stay there again when i visit singapore, the best hotel with the most fair room rate i ever stay in orchard road singapore. I never forget the experience when i stayed there.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Near forum shopping mall, starbucks, black angus, hardrock cafe.

Orchard Parade Hotel is located near all the shops that i like. It is also located near the MRT which i constantly use whenever i go there. I actually use the MRT from the airport and back. The hotel has nice restaurants. When I check-in the hotel, I was greeted with a free welcome drink and the breakfast buffet was absolutely good. The room is always clean when i come back from my walks in the city. The staff would always greet me when they see me arriving. The bathroom is clean and smells good. the entire hotel is clean as well. Overall, I am very happy with my stay there and would go back. I was a guest in the hotel last month, november. I went back this month because I enjoyed my last stay. My room this month was located behind the elevator. During the night, I would wake up because of the noise, room 710. The next time I go back, I would request not to make me stay at that side again. There was no buffet when I went back. I was looking forward to have breakfast at your hotel and was looking forward to drink tea. Hopefully my stay last month would earn points too. Orchard Parade Hotel is very accessible. From the airport to the hotel is just an MRT ride away. A good 12 minute walk from the MRT terminal to the hotel is worth a while.
The hotel has a very lovely facade that caught my eye. I could see the people at the hotels restaurants enjoying their food and drinks. The crowd caught my eye that made me want to taste the food in Modesto's and indeed it was good!
Cleanliness is always the key in staying in a hotel and Orchard Parade Hotel achieved the cleanliness that I expected. There is nothing best but to relax in a nice cozy and clean room.
If one would go back to visit Singapore, Orchard Parade Hotel is the place they could find the total relaxation in a vacation.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Taking the MRT all over the city from the hotel is trully accessible!

The pros of the hotel are: its convenient location (near shopping area), having a swimming pool, clean room with complete facilities. It would be better if breakfast is included in the package as this would be more convenient for the tourist. I liked staying at the Orchard Garden Hotel. It's my first time to stay there and I liked it. They have a friendly staff. I met two Filipino staff members at the Front Desk. They spoke Filipino with me and that is why I immediately felt at home in the hotel.
The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping district of Singapore. I just walked to nearby shops. When I'm tired from shopping, I go back to my room to rest a bit and leave my things behind. Then, I go back shopping and dining again.
The suite where I stayed is clean and is complete with amenities. At first, I didn't know how to operate the television set, but I called up the Service and they immediately sent someone to assist me. The person who assisted me was very courteous.
I also enjoyed wading and swimming at the pool. I spent the afternoon swimming. Although the pool wasn't big enough, it was a relief despite the humid weather. I was not able to check whether there was a gym because I didn't bring any workout clothes with me. It would have been better if there was a sauna or spa in the hotel.
It would also be better if breakfast is included in the hotel rates, whether the traveller wants to eat breakfast there or not. This would be most convenient for the traveller.

A great Hotel so close to everything in Orchard Road. The lobby check-in area to the lift providing access to the rooms needs more signage. I enjoyed my stay at the Orchard Hotel which was a first and I am impressed by the overall service and facilities of the Hotel. Although I didn't use any of the Restaurants I was impressed by the other facilities provided.
Nightlife Tip : Orchard Towers almost opposite has many interesting facilities and some extremely cheap eating locations.

In dire need of upgrading. The carpeting in the rooms is getting pretty bad. Still recommend OPH tho rooms need updating. Housekeeping staff was a little lax in replacing facetowels and coffee packets. Staff was very quick to respond to requests, tho. Love the location!
