The hotel was well maintained,very clean. The location was very convinient, easy access to MRT and Orcahrd road. Internet connection was expensive.
Room was too cold when air conditioning is on, I could not control the room temperature properly. Very good choice for the price and location

Whenever I stay in Singapore I try to stay here. It is on Orchard Road, with good access to food, entertainment, and the MRT (rail system). Taxis are readily available if I need to go to an area where public transport is not convenient. Staff are friendly. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. Good value or the location. Would strongly recommend to anyone going to Singapore.

love the free parking, the access to my room was inconvenient
no free internet this hotel had rates that were considerably low if you take into account of their location, they had friendly receptionist. got to park my car for free too. i didnt quite like the room they've put me in, had to walk a distance and up a flight of steps to get to my room. was a problem as we had our baby with us and dragging the pram up and down those stairs were dissapointing. they had no other rooms available on that day.
Shopping Tip : if you had to do some shopping nearby and you have young kids with you, there's a place nearby which you can leave them under professional care. it's near the esprit boutique.

This hotel is ideally placed to explore the shopping possibilities in the Orchard Road, Tanglin Rd. & Scotts Rd. area.
The pool area. We had no complaints with this hotel. The Airport Shuttle bus gives door - door service for S$9 one-way so access is very easy. The room was clean and of a good size. We found the location ideal for walking around the Orchard Road shopping precinct. The staff were friendly and efficient. We had a late night flight after check-out. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after check-out and continue exploring until it was time to return to the airport.
Shopping Tip : Our visit coincided with the Great Singapore Sale and many shops were offering good discounts both in town and at the airport.

- Vert convenience The location for this hotel is very good. Exactly in the Orchard road. Can reach to the city by 2-3 min walk. Hotel service also good. Free upgrade to Deluxe room for me. But the toilet facility is a bit old and dirty, still acceptable. So far, value for money. Sure will visit again.

Near Orchard, good for shopping and food, cheap price Too old hotel.(need to remodel) The hotel is located in Orchard road. So you can see many restaurant and shop when you out. It is too old. I see there is many unworking facility in room.(I think maintenance tema is very busy..)
Anyway it is a little cheap hotel in Orchard road.

Room maintenance was of a low standard The Orchard Parade has good service, is clean and has a couple of good restaurants on the premises. Highly recommend the Steakhouse. However, the buffet breakfast was horrible and outrageously expensive for what we got. Go to Starbucks for free internet rather than paying $30 for using the hotel's hookup.
Nightlife Tip : Check out Muddy Murphy's across Orchard Road, good cold beer, Irish ambience, reasonable prices and good food.

rooms could have been much better at stated tariff I have been staying here for the last 2 years now and the hotel is the same which is good because one feels at home. However, I wish that they upgrade the interiors as regular visitors like self find something new and exciting.
Nightlife Tip : There are lots of bars and places to hang around which is good if one is traveling alone on a business trip.

The location is great, you just walk out and you will be on the shopping street, also very close to the MRT. The room is nice and clean. We heve got the double bed room as requested. The hotel should include breakfast, so that we feel it all includes and worth. The hotel is in great location and very convenient. I reccommend it, if you only have short time, you don't need to go anywhere.You can still doing your business and go shopping.

Overall time due for a general upgrading I have been staying at Orchard Parade hotel most of the time when I come to Singapore since 1998. I have stayed in many other hotels in Singapore but I find Orchard more like home. It is located conveniently and most importantly I feel undisturbed and free at orchard compared to other busy hotels around.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you come to Singapore first time you have to experience orchard road and what better location than orchard hotel for that.

Check in/check out was quick. Staff are very hospital. Didn't get my wake up call. I am fortunate as I had my alarm on. Air condition was not very cool. The hotel is nice and value for money. Rooms sound a bit old. Staff are very hospital and helpful. Check in/Check out was quick and professional. Hotel is very close to the shopping area in Orchard road as well as it is full time night life around the hotel.
Shopping Tip : You are walking minutes away from the main shopping attractions.

Good central location for shopping Expensive internet access! I have used Orchard Parade in the past, because of location and price. Although not in the middle of Orchard Road, and still a short walk from the subway, it is central and competitively priced. An upgrade to a non smoking room on this occasion may also have resulted in a slightly less “tired” quality of furniture and fittings. Staff are polite and helpful.

superb pool terrace overlooking Orchard Road...lots of really good resturaunts located at street level on the ground as hotel... I disliked that my credit card had a temporary hold on it while i was staying at the hotel....the hold was not released until i checked out...which meant the i could not use my credit card for anything else while i was in Singapore....this is a serious weakness of the hotel....i do not recommend the hotel continue doing that to their customers. Excellent location on Orchard road, across the street from the infamous "Orchard Towers"...a.k.a. "four floors"...
Very clean and modern hotel...services were excellent.
Hotel Feature Tip : Make sure you bring a credit card other than the one used for room reservation.....the hotel put a temporary hold on the card until i checked out...which made the card useless my entire stay in Singapore.
