i have stayed here before and like the friendly staff and the very convenient location. good restaurants, shopping and pleasant atmosphere are all just a short stroll away. check out is very efficient and the concierge is top notch. highly recommend this hotel to friends and business associates.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and cooperative, I liked the room balcony and bed was very comfortable.

Hotel location is perfect right at begining of Orchard Road, at heart of the city. I enjoyed the TV programmes and the available channels.

We like this hotel due to strategic location & there is a coffee outlet just next to it. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Yet there is one destructive thing: we can watch TV only one channel and there is no intention to repair it. We have to stay in a silent room then..

I have stayed here quite often over the last 2 or 3 years, purely for the location. The hotel is not great, most of the rooms and furnishings are dated and probably in need of refurbishment. The rooms, for some reason, always seem to be a ling way from the lifts. Service at the front desk is seldom friendly. I parked my car at the car park and, every time I drove out, I seemed to have a problem with the car park barrier when inserting my complimentary ticket/Autopass. Parking attendants are not the most knowledgeable/helpful. Like I said, I only stay here because of the location.
