if you are travelling with small children, the family room is definitley recommended. big spacious room with balcony. will definitley stay in this hotel again next time. great location with shopping center all within 10 to 15min walk. mrt is about 10 min walk as well. internet need to be free.

our family booked 3 rooms for our stay. 2 of the rooms have good facing, with greenery view but our room has a noisy background, maybe due to a pub nearby. overall we like our stay and find it very worthwhile as the rooms are spacious and very convenient to get around.

Although I wasn't very impressed with the room mainly because the hotel is a new hotel but overall I am satisfy with my stay. Room was clean and staff were very polite and helpful.
The hotel is located right at the beginning of Orchard road so it's a perfect spot to start your shopping spree.

Shopping Tip:
Go mad as there are very shop you can think off but i always default to Lucky Plaza as they have some excellent bargains!

Went to Singapore mainly to see Orchard Road during Christmas and Orchard Parade Hotel was great especially in terms of location. It's right at the start of Orchard Road so everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. Since it was just off Orchard Road area, we were not affected by the road closures during Christmas Day itself as we wanted to experience real Singapore food so we drove out for meals.
Hotel was overbooked so we got an room upgrade from Superior to Executive (I think!?). Only minus was that the room was looking out the back of the hotel. If it were the other side, we would have got an Orchard Road view. Can't have everything though. Rooms were of good quality although hotel is undeniably old, but is very well maintained. However, the room was so small that the wardrode door could be opened fully as it was too near the bed.
Staff were efficient but not very warm. No Merry Christmas / Happy New Year stuff. Hotel was doing some renovations in the car park area which should be avoided during big holiday periods.

It was a good stay and the people were very friendly and attentive. Nothing missed during the stay and it is a perfect location to Orchard road.
Nightlife Tip:
Right in the middle of one of Singapores better paarty spots and close to the others

Clean room. Good and fast service - housekeeping. Requested for late check-out with extra cost but was not charged. Location is good as it is a walking distance to everything - food and shopping
