The Room is Good, The Staff services is very good and the Location is excellence
Next the Hotel is Black Angus Steak Resto, and near the hotel is also Hard Rock Cafe, and when you straight walking the pedestrian you will find the Orchard Centre.

Friendly and very helpful staff, the location very strategic as very near to the MRT Orchard. the room is spacious and the bed very big

there is one staff, take care the conceirge area. He is very helpful and very friendly. The guy name as far we can remember is Mr. Mohan. This hotel is lucky for having such a dedicated and friendly staff. Good impression to the tourist :)

I stayed in a Club Room because the breakfast, Internet and free cocktails are included. If you book a normal room then you pay for internet, which in my opinion should be free in all hotels. The rooms are a little dated, and there is no 24 hour room service. It is expensive for the quality of room and service they provide. Good location for shopping in Orchard Road.

generally pleasant, will go back again, good value, great attendants, valets, helpful front desk. older part smells somewhat moldy, but generally modern, great swimming pool.hotel room previously booked was not available, staff generously upgraded to a bigger room. this is much appreciated.
