Near to MRT station and Restaurants just beside the entrance

Nice stay with courtesy staff. Good location situated in walking distance to the MRT Station. Restaurants nearby the hotel entrance. Pubs are around all in walking distance because Singapore taxi very expensive especially with the extra charges at night. Will definitely back to this hotel and also will recommend to any friends who visit Singapore.

the cost is reasonable for the excellent location of this hotel. It's new so the room are simple but in great shape. The check in experience could be improved further as I cannot check in at 12:30 noon. The room was not ready and I have to come back at 13:45 to collect the key card for the room.. Perhaps I should specify early check in next time...

Check in time is 2pm but after arriving at the hotel about 8am I was checked into my room by 11.00. Very pleased with the huge room I was given and the bathroom too was very spacious. The location is good, the subway is just across the road and is on the direct line to the airport. Staff were friendly and helpful telling me about the facilities of the hotel as I was being shown to my room.

Stayed for 3 nights with my family. The rooms are quite big comparing to Singapore standard. The hotel is new and clean. My son loved the swimming pool. The gym is a bit small, but empty all the time, so no issue. Food is good. There are also a number of nearby dining options. The best part is probably the friendly and helpful staff. Its in the middle point of airport and city centre, so both at same distance. Mostly residential neighborhood, good place for family stay. The best value for money place i have experienced in Singapore so far.

Had been here but this time due to lots of people coming in they run out of adaptors. This should be a no no reason for any hotels. They know that they cater mostly to visitors or foreigners and they should know that they outlets are different and should provide adaptors to their clients. At least one to two per room should be available and running out of it is a lame excuse. But anyway for the second day stay they provided us with one.
