Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Large, well-appointed and comfortable room; excellent breakfast; close proximity to underground railway station.

Staff were very helpful in providing directions to Singapore's many wonderful attractions. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I enjoyed having access to a gymnasium (which is small, but has everything I need). My wife enjoyed swimming in the large outdoor pool.
Restaurant Tip:
Our favourite restaurant (recommended by a member of the staff) was "Jumbo's". It is a seafood restaurant, and served the best seafood I can remember eating for many years. Just one more tip--wine and beer are generally expensive in Singapore. It is probably a good idea to have a couple of wines by the glass than to buy a whole bottle.

Pricy but good location & comfortable room.

Had a shock the night before departure when called to check & found no booking made. Found out the it was a wrong number provided. Searched the web & found the correct number & all was confirmed.
Got to Singapore & called the hotel for direction & found the place without much trouble. Was delighted the Tanjung Pagar MRT station is located right in front (crossing 2 roads) of the hotel.
Got to our allocated room on the 13th floor & was delighted with the feature filled (Safe, hair dryer, Iron & ironing board, fridge etc...
Loved the tiles used (Stitched Leather Look) for the entrance & bath room. The size of the room & bedding were great. Room was clean & very comfortable. After check-in & storing our luggage we went out for a stroll.
To our delight the China Town Shopping Area was located roughly 15 to 20 min walk only. Did our shopping & had our dinner & headed back to the hotel for a nice relaxing night there.
The next morning we had our complimentary breakfast at the hotel restaurant. It was a buffet style & food choice was good enough. Found the pool located right next to the restaurant, good design for exercise swimming laps.
We checked out around 11am but due to our flight not leaving till late in the afternoon, it was great to find that the hotel do provide luggage storage for us. This gave us extra time to do the last minute shopping before leaving Singapore.
A hotel worth staying & would recommend (if one does not mind the slight higher cost).

The hotel was accommodating to use as we were traveling with children. The hotel is well maintained and across the street from the MRT station. Great location for all Singapore activities.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Easy walk to MRT station, even with luggage

only 200 metres from tanjong pagar mrt station on the edge of chinatown, this new hotel is just fantastic. excellent facilities include a great 25m pool, a gym, sauna, and spacious clean rooms. being located close to the mrt meant that trips to orchard road or harbourside to catch the cable car to sentosa island were quick and uncomplicated. great friendly staff too!
Travel tip:
use to mrt east west line from changi airport to reach this hotel. only 200 metres from tanjong pagar station.

New hotel with good facilities and reat location

Brand new hotel, brand new rooms, but the design is lacking in elegance. Chinese-style. Many Asian tourists. Very clean, big swimming pool, big rooms, unlike many other hotels in Singapore.

I booked the deluxe room and was given the complimentary upgrade to their Suite room ! The suite was spacious with two TV. The only drawback was a lack of couch in the hall and minimal decor that you would find in other hotels. Overall the stay was good and to top it off, had lunch at Ramen Keisuke which is just outside the Hotel. Overall a very good stay.

almost new hotel in the heart of china town close to the mrt (2 minute walk), close to a multitude of restaurants and shopping. rooms are spacious and well laid out with all expected comforts and amenities.

new hotel with a good room size. deluxe room come with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed. perfect for familes with children. bathroom was well decorated and toiletries provided. with such a reasonable price and good location which is near to tanjong pagar mrt station. 24 hours convenience store are just a min walk. eateries are everywhere.
