loved staying here. bit expensive for a beer etc. but i guess that's singapore. reception staff took time to ensure i got the right bus back to airport. only downside ws when i arrived. my bag was brought in and then brought out and sat for ages before going to my room. i gave the porter $5 and then my bag was brought to my room. didn't really like that.

We liked our room which overlook the Claymore and the Tate, residential feel was great.
Breakfast buffet offered such quality food, and the omelete chef was so polite, we were thrilled to enjoy 3 mornings of friendly breakfast.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping on Orchard Road was a fun experience. And we managed to "walk" to Sunday church service - 30 Orange Grove Road. Truly a delight to stay at Pan Pacific Orchard.

we found that the location was very good as far as being central to all the city. the hotel staff were very friendly spoke excellent english and helpful at all times.the rooms were very clean and always maintained every day. the breakfast along with any meals was very good with lots of selections as far as food goes. i would recommend this hotel to my friendsbecause our stay was great.
