I was disappointed with the very very long wait for the check-in and the check-out. The room is very clean but also very small. It was an expensive rate without even breakfast.
For its price, definitly worth looking around for something better

Cozy and well maintain hotel. Highly recommend for serious shoppers.
Travel tip:
The rooms are clean and well maintain. Great location for shopper. Easy excess to major shopping. Lots of f&b outlets for dinners. However, during check in I would appreciated the staff would speed up the process.

Was worth the money paid. Nice rooms and friendly staff . Good size mineral water pool though was disappointed that spa was closed. Breakfast was satisfactory and rooms service was great

just the right size to get a personalized service, super bathrooms, bedrooms size and layout just right

I just felt at home because all the staff from the doorman, to the porter, to the reception, to the bar and restaurant and housekeeping were all so naturally friendly. I have stayed in many types of hotels around the world and not felt so much at home as in this one.
My only criticism is that I was not made aware that the Hotel has a No Smoking policy.

My stay at Pan Pacific Hotel at the executive club room was fantastic. The room is big, even the bath room as well. They have a separate shower and bath tub. Its also very clean! the toiletries provided was loccitane products. very impressed!

nice location with reasonable price. i stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. the location is easy to find.the hotel located in the famous area in singapore, orchard road. just next to takashimaya shopping center. walking distance from orchard mrt station. taxi stand also not crowded. price of this hotel is good compared to other hotels in that area. room size is big, enough for family with young children. free internet can be found in the lobby area, limited 1 hour per night stay. overall, very nice stay. will recommend this hotel.
