good location, but the room is too small

this was not first time that we stay at this hotel, but it's first time i booked through agoda. when we arrived in the hotel, we were very shock of the room type, from agoda web, i believed the deluxe room is king side bed, but it was just very small queen side bed, the room was half side of what we used to stayed. unfortunately i had paid in advanced, nothing much we can do, i must say that we were very dispointed, the price we paid (including 20% of early booking, we could have stay in many other new hotel in singapore. we enjoyed very much the location, and the great service of the hotel staffs.

this hotel was located very conveniently, next to the bussling orchard road in singapore. close to mrt stations, with a 24hr convenience store next door, i will definitely be staying there again.
the only frustrating thing was the swipe mechanism for the lift, which would not always work.
Restaurant Tip:
There is a decent food court which is very reasonable in price, just around the corner from the hotel, once you hit Orchard Rd.

The restaurant was a disaster. Too many tables left uncleaned because not enough staff and/or poor management. Front desk personnel on check-out were rude and off-handed and have never learned that the customer is always right!
