A very nice, clean and comfortable hotel room, located in Orchard Road, a strategic place, where i can go shopping at Isetan, Takashimaya, I On easily. The hotel room is very cosy and homely. The receptionist is very helpful. One thing that is missing - they do not have many variaty of restaurants. I think this can be improved to serve the customers better.

Good location and professional service

the hotel was a perfect place for a stopover on the way to europe. friendly professional staff, the room was well equipped with a sitting area as well as the king size bed which was very comfortable with high qhality sheets and a doona.
we enjoyed the club floor facilities which enabled us to use the free wifi but it would have been good to have had that service in our room as well.
one small problem was that the computers in the business centre always seemed to be engaged with some people staying on for well over an hour. this became inconvenient when we were wanting to print our boarding passes for the next stage of our journey.

Great employees, great location, amazing hotel

the moment i arrived in the hotel, it was like any other hotel at first.
the employees opening your car door, carrying your luggage, directing you to the check-in counter etc. but what stood out the moment i arrived was the design of the lobby. simple and very business-like, purposely designed for accommodating businessmen who have taste for a simple and calm atmosphere. personally i liked it and it was a plus for me.
the one thing however, that i would like to commend this hotel for is their well trained employees that can get the job done efficiently and quickly. you have to stay in the hotel and realize for yourself how well-trained these people are in their field.
i also like the fact that they had a free service that helps their customers deal with any problems during their stay and all they had to do was dial one. these problems can range from anything to a simple question about places in singapore or personal problems he/she may have with the room or the accommodation.
5 days staying in that hotel was a breeze and i will definitely look forward to another stay if i have another appointment in singapore.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Service One: literally just dial one and any question, problem, concern you may ask will be dealt with easily by the hotel staff.

Near Orchard for half the price of hotels in Orchards

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice enough room even though some of the furniture seems old, but it's ok.
Location is great, about 5 minute walk then you're already on Orchard road.
Probably the only minus thing is that the wi-fi internet connection doesn't reach my room on the 13th floor. So if you want wi-fi connection, make sure you get the best floor where the signal can still reach you. Unless you want to use the LAN cable which they provide in the room.
Shopping Tip:
There's a 24 hour super market just left to the hotel in case you ever need extra drinks or midnight snacks.

Very friendly great location but a bit too shabby

The hotel was very friendly and accommodating of every special request. However, my premium room, whilst spacious was very, very shabby. The air smelled of mold and the lighting was horrendous. There was not a picture nor mirror on the blank, white walls. After 11 nights it became a bit depressing. The last night of my stay, they upgraded the bath amenities which would have been very welcome earlier in my stay.
Travel tip:
Family travels should know that the building right next door is a bit scary.

Nice place to stay
the ambience in the hotel is just very warm and friendly

the minute i arrived in this hotel i feel welcome already, all the staff is very friendly, don't have any trouble for asking some information or help from them.
the fact is pan pacific orchard located right behind orchard road really makes this place great! it's only like 5-10 minutes walk to orchard mrt, so that's a big plus if u like to travel that way.
the breakfast is beautiful, well served, they got everything from asian food to western food. i will definitely stay here again when i'm back to singapore.
Shopping Tip:
orchard is just down the road, so make sure u wear comfortable shoes

good position excellent service
just off Orchard,, bus hourly to Paragon, easy access to local buses and trains

we stayed pacific club and were pleasantly surprised at the extras included- breakfast, laundry, internet, lounge and free drinks thru the day and savories and cocktails free in the evening. the staff went the extra mile and the club manager was exceptional.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Use the Paragon bus service in and out as Orchard runs in to town one way and return on public transport is therefore a bit protracted.
