Lovely hotel and extraordinary service

when i arrived at the hotel, my luggage was left inside the taxi. hotel clerks helped me with a friendly and doing their best effort to find my luggage even though i did not record the taxi number. they asked me to wait in my room, and if it is found, the luggage would be directly delivered in my room. in 30 minutes, i found my luggage without any charge from taxi driver.

Great hotel at prime location!

I stayed 3 nights with family (wife & 2 grown up kids. We all liked the rooms and the hotel location which is close to everything: foods, drinks, shopping on Orchard Road and quite a few bars next doors with lots of chicks around :-) Everything would be excellent if Internet is free on the floors and/or in the rooms, not just in the lobby. I will come back next time I'm in Singapore.
Nightlife Tip:
Really good bars next doors but be careful with girls running around ha..ha..

Nice hotel located in the vicinity of the famous shopping area orchard n scott roads. Quiet neighbourhood, great breakfast. I definetely will return here.

Great location but small rooms

the pan pacific is a lovely hotel located handy to orchard road. it has very nice facilities, with a huge well kept swimming pool and sauna. our reception was pleasant we were able to access he wifi easily which was important to us.
the room was small but well decorated, the bed was a hard and so were the pillows.

The service was good. The location is walking distance to Orchard shopping area and about 10 mins walk to MRT Station.

the room was small but the location was perfect. just 1 block behind orchard road and near MRT station and foodcourt. Overall.. it's worth it.

OK. Clean and location is great.The stay is OK. The location is great for shopping and sightseeing. I think that for business traveler this hotel is not so suitable. the room was small but clean.

the staff were helpful throughout-excellent service,check-in were quite long,my special request were unavailable-need connecting rooms so the children won't be making noises to visit their cousins next door,the pools were great as the children loves it-i would stay there again

Good Hotel, hassle free stay. Enjoyed everything>
The room was large and had a great Bathroom, shower available and a Seperate Bathtub, which I enjoy.

the hotel is practically right on the renowned orchard road, two minutes walk and your right amongst all the action. the hotel is also two minutes from muddy murphys a great irish pub, with real cold guinness and great food. you couldnt ask any more of a hotel, the service was great and everyone had the usual asian smile and friendly attitude> great swimming pool and good buffet dinners.the room maid was brilliant and extremely hard working, it was a pleasure to go back to the room after she had finished with it. right next door to the hotel, is jasons supermarket, which is open 24 hrs, i bought all my goodies there, fresh bread, cold meats, soft drinks, beers etc, and put them in the room fridge. good place to stay, enjoyed it.!
Travel tip:
I made a trip to the Singapore Eye, it was good, tremendous view across singapore and for just under 30 bucks it was worth it,also jumped on the Numerous Sightseeing Buses that are running around, good crack. For the Smokers out there, just around the corner from the hotel is Harrys bar, with seating outside where you can sit and kill yourself to your hearts content while supping your favorite cold brew.
