Great central location to shopping, medical and clubs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Much improved from when it was managed as Negara Hotel. Leaving the hotel to the left from the lobby is closest access to shops, restaurants, etc, but you must travel down a somewhat 'dark alley' to get there. Good hotel in central Scotts/Orchard location. All amenities available and the brunch on Saturday was very good and included in the price of the room. The staff have noticeably improved their service and it is much quicker to check in now as well. I have stayed many times and got the best price this time, as well as better service !
Nightlife Tip : Back door is open from 7am to 11pm for quick access to lifts via the lower (salon) level. Otherwise, you have to walk around the hotel to the lobby side.

The best feature of this hotel would be the high standard of falilities in the room A bit disapointed with breakfast. This is a fine hotel backed by a fine brand, the welcome was very friendly whilst remaining profesional, the checking lady was exceptional in the way she delt with my booking - very polite and business like but also with a lovely smile. The room had everything you could want and it was spacious and decorated to a high standard. The only poor area of the hotel in my opinion was the breakfast, all the hot food I chose from the buffet was slightly warm NOT hot and there was no orange juice.

Fantastic location just off Orchard Road. Fantastic location just off Orchard Road with easy access to all the shopping facilities. Very modern hotel with well appointed and very clean rooms. Perhaps a little pricey compared to others in the area but well recommended.

Great location, close to shops and nightlife. Took a little too long to go through the check-in process. This hotel is in a great location for shopping and particularly for night life - several bars are within easy walking distance. Cleanliness of the rooms was very good and the staff were very friendly and courteous. Perhaps the only small negative was the long amount of time it took to complete the check in process. Other than that I would recommend it.
Nightlife Tip : Orchard towers is next door.

Good location to access Orchard Rd. ABF is bad in terms of taste and variety. Not worth to pay. The lobby is dull, not luxurious. The room service staff always knock the door to check on the mini bar, to check blah blah blah...it is very annoying. I had to turn on Private light. I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The first night was booked via agoda.com and the rest was booked by my company. I contacted the hotel 1 month prior to make sure that I got the same room while staying there. I didn't wanna repack my belongings. When arrived there, I was informed that the rooms were fully booked so I have to change to a new room for the 2nd night. Very bad service!!!

the staff was friendly and the service impeccable. i would definitely go back!
Travel tip : there is a 24 hour gourmet supermarket right next to the hotel if you are craving a late night snack, equipped with a wine cellar. it's def. worth checking out. the pool is fantastic, all mineral water so it doesn't hurt your eyes when you swim. a joy!

Hotel is in great location just off Orchard Road but very close to all the major malls and bars. There is an excellent supermarket right next door to the hotel. Hotel has just been refurbished and all the rooms are in excellent condition.

The hotel changed it's name recently. Taxi drivers were confused. Be sure you have the hotel address before jumping into a taxi.
Shopping Tip : Be careful when shopping for electrical goods. Do your research thoroughly and know the price you should pay. In Singapore they have a habit of dicounting the price of goods and then selling back the items to you that should already have been in the box. Be especially careful at LUCKY PLAZA on Orchard Road, all electrical shops there have a very bad reputation for cheating tourists -Good Luck, but be careful.
