Location, Room standards and very attentive, courteous and friendly staff from the Door man to the cleaners 9.3 Unable to fault our stay at the Pan Pacific Singapore Hotel. The only failure was that they did not deliver the nominated daily newspaper to our room. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience, and one I would happily repeat.

Couples Singapore, May 11, 2013	Great hotel with warm service Excellent service, fine restaurants, very comfortable room 9.7 The hotel is newly renovated and the rooms are very comfortable. The lobby is spacious and classy and has a very nice lounge. It is a non-smoking hotel. The hotel is near to downtown central business district and sits in the middle of the Marina Square shopping mall, you can access the huge shopping mall from the second floor. There are very good restaurants in the hotel and you can find several more restaurants in the shopping mall.
