the staff were very helpful and ensured we had a very pleasent stay. this was very much a highlight as they were very happy to answer any of our questions and gave us many recomendations on were the locals like to go to eat. the shower was awsome after spending a few weeks in vietnam.

Located right opposite Marina Bay Sands, easy walking distance to Marina Bay, Clarke Quay, Boat Quay etc. and MRT on the doorstep. Has recently been refurbished to a high standard. But they have retained their most unique feature - music piped into the water in the swimming pool!

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, luxurious rooms

Great hotel for sightseeing base and relaxing. Could walk to Singapore flyer and Marina. Several huge malls within walking distance. Mrs station also close by. Booking station for hop on hop off buses and famous Duck Tours also within walking distance. Hotel interior and rooms very luxurious. Easy, quick check in. Very nice pool.

Great location but spooky experience
good and friendly staff but slow sometimes

while waiting for our check in there's seem short of staff in the reception. we waited for about 10mins for our turn after that everything goes smoothly.
room is normal nothing special, morning have a spooky experience. the auto remote suddenly goes up by it's own around 7am+

very good location ，within $ you can go to sentosa or changyi airport by taxi. and the sin hop-on shuttle has a stop at the gate of the hotel. be familiar with those links, if you don't like to walk to much.maybe in the peak season, so the restaurant in hotel is always fully booked. i guess the cantonese restaurant is quite famous , many local mandarins come for the gathering dinner for celebrate the lunar new year.
Restaurant Tip:
Marina square has a food court in the forth floor, nice habour view with all kinds of local food

We wanted to visit singapore flyer , garden by the bay and marina bay sand. This is one of the best location among the ritz , marina bay sand and Mandarin. It takes 5 mins walk to all our destination. 1 min to MRT.
Huge space , swimming pool,gym etc. Lots of restaurant.
THe room is quite new and nicely decorated. Same as receptions and bars. THe gym and swimming pool is a bit dated but function well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
GOod location if you want to go to Singapore flyer , garden by the bay and marina bay sand. Walkable distance to Raffle hotel

we love the room! the ceiling-to-floor window made the room even more spacious. the bathroom was large and cosy. we love the bathtub as well, allowing us to watch tv even. this is definitely a room worth the stay!
Restaurant Tip:
There are many restaurants near the hotel. These are found in Marina Square Shopping Mall, Suntec City, Millenia Walk and Raffles City Shopping Mall. There is no lack of choice of restaurants to choose from, that can suit different budget. Definitely a hotel to stay at, with no worries on meals.

go for the club room if possible

rooms are typical for a 5 star hotel property. what you need will be there. but the key advantage this hotel has is the club floor located on 38th level, with a panoramic view of the marina bay. we were fortunate to stay there during the chinese new year festivities and witnessed the countdown fireworks right before our very eyes!
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check out their swimming pool! It's one of the nicest pool I have ever swam!
