I refer this hotel because the price is reasonable, the location is good as it is near shopping centre. I can easy find food around the hotel. The hotel restaurants are nice. I am happy to stay there again

Nice pool area, good food in the Chinese restaurant, helpful staff

The staff were very efficient and helpful during check-in and checkout. The room was clean, pleasant and a reaosnable size, although could have been a little bigger. The view from the balcony was great. Balcony could have used a table and chairs. Restaurant on the top floor was very good. We would stay in the Pan Pacific again

We asked for a late check-out since our flight was in the late afternoon and within minutes they agreed to our request. Will definitely stay again in Pan Pacific hotel the next time we're in Singapore.

Great Hotel and Great location
Quitete a large bathroom with fullsize bath.Friendly staff. Location, minutes walk to the Flyer and the MRT

The staff were very friendly and helpful, it was an easy checkin and more importantly an easy check-out. The location for us was perfect as the Singapore Flyer is an easy walk as too is the MRT station. We have small children so it is also handy to a 711 and a large hypermarket chain all within an easy walk.

One of the best hotels i've stayed in …great location,very helpful staff,beautiful rooms,great restaurants,good room service,nice relaxing bars ,free wifi ,unique architecture and big pool that has music playing that you can only hear under the water..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
plenty of sights to see ..from sentosa to marina bay sands and much much more

Could not fault our stay at the Pan Pacific. The staff were great. Were able to leave our bags at the hotel after checkout until we were ready for them. Beautiful pool that stayed open late and supplied towels. The glass lifts were speedy and impressive. Quick check-in and check-out.
Travel tip:
Across the road from a great shopping centre where you can get cheap beautiful food. Taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced.

enjoyed the stay it is right in the middle of the business district, and very convenient to take a taxi and travel where you like, be it for shopping or for business.
all the restaurents and pubs are walkable distance
the breakfast is great and friendly staff makes the stay very plesant.

Front desk was helpful when i check in. Able to extend my check out timing as i check in pretty late. Great service staff, warm and friendly.
Nightlife Tip:
It near to many nightspots.
